Certainly interested in how you knew the date way back in Feb. Everyone at WSOP was denying any knowledge of it. Nice catch, either way

So are all huds gone or just those of NV players? Would be ridiculous if half the players can hud and half cant.

I just saw the email from WSOP nevada and am wondering the same thing. Would be absolutely ridiculous if the players are pooled but jersey players can use HUDs and Nev players cant.

Edit: Nvm just saw the answer above, hand histories won't be stored locally thus preventing HUD use.

Wonder if the recent launch of the MGM poker site in NJ means they would apply for a license in NV and combine pools on the party network.

huds and databases are not allowed on the new wsop.com site. it says it in the faq and they said it in press releases before.

Can any of the low stakes 50-200nl cash game players speak to the quality of the wsop.nevada games without a Hud?

50-200nl doesnt have a big player pool in wsop.nv.

The games arent too great and a bit reggy but still beatable for a solid player. Still softer than ACR but its hit or miss depending on day and time. Usually at least 1 or 2 fish per 6 max table.

Having to email support for "specific hand histories" is going to be a humongous cluster ****. WSOP support has continuously proven to be useless and theres about zero chance they are going to be able to handle emailing everyone asking for thousands of HH's a day.

I also assume these HH's wont be formatted correctly to even be imported into a database.

Unless they change what they have had available to send to players, you are correct.

Previously (in NJ anyway), they haven't had hand histories available to send to players. If you request something from them, they send you a "Game History" in excel. It is completely useless for databases. And it doesn't show your opponents or any actions taken in the hand.

You can use an import wizard to import an excel file into a database. Just fyi
If the actual data is worthless, theres not much you can do then i guess

Thanks! Good to know the right people I guess. IMO this is a game changer for poker in the USA. Watch for MGM to announce they are coming to NV soon with player pool from NJ

I have been unable to play on WSOP and Borgata due to messages saying I'm not in New Jersey when I am playing from the same location the past 3 years. Pokerstars is working fine. I recently installed a new router from Xfinity, but the wifi is all setup and working fine. Any suggestions? Dealing with support seems incredibly useless and frustrating.

I went thru this exact same issue a few weeks ago. I just went and got another router from xfinity and it now works better but not as good as the original router.

Try getting one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

there is also something like this available on pokerstars.

also try moving the router closer to windows or anyplace where it can pick up outside wifi signals, they usually need to find 3 signals to triasngulate.

Do 888 and WSOP share players in all games, or just some? (between all states involved)

I'm in Delaware, where our Lottery uses 888 as the only provider, and we aren't able to play WSOP-specific tournaments, like the summer bracelet events.

It's my understanding that between NV and NJ the player pools are fully shared.

Oh that's a bummer. Wonder if 888 Deleware shares players with NJ's 888 and/or cash games are shared?

Anyone else having problems with status and points with WSOP NJ? The monthly 1500 point Elite status is not being updated for me and I'm losing points for every hand I play plus the correct # of WSOP points is not being added properly even for Silver. It's a nightmare - waiting on support to see their response.

Choose "Search This Forum" at the top right of this forum, enter "WSOP" in the drop-down, and it's the third result:
