Same platform, but 888 also is supposed to have a site in NJ. The rep should identify as WSOP.com if this is true. In Nevada they go under WSOP.com.

If it doesn't happen there is a lot of work that has been done for nothing.

Of course it will happen, at least a few will make the call to the post at 6 PM.

I don't think there will be a rakeback but just a bonus to get people to start playing.
I'm only doing the ultimate soft launch, but if they decide to screw me on rakeback, I'll just take my action to a different site....was planning on playing party anyway since borgata is the google of AC.

I agree with the Ultimate soft launch. I don't think there will be rakeback to be honest. However, I think there will be things like freerolls, tournament entries, and things you can win from an affiliate.

I see that wsop has their rewards listed on their site. Has there been any word about party pokers loyalty program? I guess in other words if there is no rake back what site as far as we know so far will offer the most in terms of getting money back?

I signed up to all the sites to see if I was chosen. Tropicana auto e-mailed me. They said I registered to be a beta tester but I don't know if that means I'm in or not. I figure why not I can help them out.

All behind the gold door will be shared shortly.

You know competition will dictate and change will be inevitable.

been trying to think of a funny name for weeks now since so many will be open and none have come to mind. Hopefully the tables go better than my creativity with user names

It said in the email when you signed up that you would get an email on the 21st. I have not received any email from them today. I did get one from ucasino.

I am very excited!

Ultimate has its Verification checklist spelled out in their sub-forum.

It is definitely going to nail down where you are located - cell phone, IP address and WiFi location which is more than they do in Nevada.

BTW Marco from QuadJacks fame is following an Ultimate tester through the state to report on the testing procedures. They are supposed to cross the bridge into Philly and see if they can get on. They're not supposed to.

In the first post of this thread a list of the current websites that are going to go active at 6 PM are listed.

Some of them are active now and have signup information to be considered.

Will we only be able to play if we were sent an invite from the casino or can anyone log on and play?

I bet that a lot of them have maxed out their invites for right now but if all is smooth, they'll maybe send out more invites tomorrow or the next day. I doubt they'll get me in for tonight.

Here are the sites for poker:

Quote:
Sites operated by Atlantic City casinos, with licensing approval for service provider partners:
Sites available at soft launch:
Borgata / bwin.party (PartyPoker) via http://www.theborgata.com/forms/online-games/sign-up
Caesar’s/ 888 Holdings (888Poker) via www.wsop.com
Tropicana / Gamesys via https://www.tropicanacasino.com/ (might not have poker)
Trump Plaza / Betfair (iPoker) via www.letsplaynj.com
Trump Taj Mahal / Ultimate Gaming (UltimatePoker) via www.ucasino.com

Sites not available at soft launch:
Golden Nugget / Amaya and Bally Technology (Ongame) via www.goldennuggetpoker.com
Resorts / Rational Entertainment (Full Tilt Poker and/or Pokerstars)

AC casinos that haven't yet applied for an Internet gaming permit:
Revel
Atlantic Club
I think for all of them, the first 500 sign ups are the players that are "invited". You may have to wait for a follow-up email from the site before you get to logon for play.

Only people located within the borders of NJ can play on these sites at the moment. There is no player pooling with skins/network outside of NJ.

There will be plenty of time. The major rule that all the sites have to abide by is no more than 500 players at one time. Ultimate is going to get the most play I believe and they will probably have to limit people. They said to keep on trying. As a person leaves they said they will replace with the next that signs on at that moment.

Yeah they have to reject a certain number of players before they can open so expect people to get emails tonight or tomorrow.
