I think it is very likely that they are going to ban you. If I were you I would do a lot of research on previous cases like this on this forum and all over the internet. Do what the successful people did, I would also write to them in your native language so things don't get lost in translation.
Do not lie to them about anything. Since you say you are innocent, then the whole truth is all you should say to them. This will help your case and it will make sure that you don't contradict yourself at all.
I would also have a smart poker player proof read your correspondences with Pokerstars, just to make sure that you are saying everything clearly and answering all their questions.
If you get a little stuck exchanging emails then call and ask to speak to a manager. You can also write to the licenser and see if they can help out.
Long road ahead for you unfortunately, good luck though! Let us know how it turns out.
First of all I did not play like him I reckon. If id did I would not be playing 15s Spin n gos with average ChipEV,I would play 100s
and crushing so I don;t think that this matter that occured with my account is a matter of playing styles.
I think that the fact that I am from Greece and play spin n gos regularly makes it easier in their eyes to be somewhat connected to a player like him.
I sent a very explanatory email, trying to be very ery specific as to what have I done in the past year to become better and what PC setup is,and what software do I use to play.
I was very thorough in my review and I think that my email was fine.
I don't think I need to correspond with them in my native language.
I'm not the best in writing english but I think that I can handle, this type of communication with them. But I will definately consider it.Soeaking in my native language can be way more direct and fluent.
I will do my research but I have heard that it takes a long time beofre you get a response from them.
My play style and my hardware and software are the same since the beggining of the year when I started playing spin'n'gos so I don't think that they can find anything suspicious.
I really don't know,I was amazed after I knew that my account was frozen.
Time will tell of the outcome!

Plus he is a player that plays 100s.If he could acces my account and play from my account he wouldn't play 15s.
I haven't even played a single 100s game nor 60s from January cause I have limited the buy ins in my account to not surpass the 30s level,so I don't think that is a fair assumption to make on their part!
