This shouldn't be a game of hide and seek. If you want MuchBetter to fix a problem with your problem, you obviously have to let MuchBetter know which account is yours. This should not be a controversial concept.
MuchBetter deals with BTC. Many people don't want any of their information associated with their bitcoin holdings, and for good reason. 2+2 has been hacked before, as you may well know.
