Guys - we are not so sure that Neil is the person that needs to be focused on here. Clearly he fed 2+2 a lot of lines, but believe that he was more of a patsy for when it all went wrong.

how neill doing these days still with minted and the pluto network? haha and I didn't even read the post rake the rrake posted I swear , rofl. Neil was the mouthpiece of minted and first person I thought about whenever I see this thread resurface. Minted made it nearly impossible for people to get their cash off unless they wanted to go to Canada and open bank account . Lot of people usa based had accounts with 1k or less in them making this type of effort unfounded. Neil was in this thread saying players had the option of cashing out to moneybookers when that wasn't even an option for usa players along with other options not usable.

I remember Neil swearing up and down that minted had players funds safe in escrow and that everleaf or whatever gaming commission minted where under was top notch when players asked numerous times. Neill was much more then an unwitting patsy just like Shane of Lock poker a good parable.

This is the most positive thing that has happened with all of this to date, I believe that we are near the final hurdle guys.

Pavilis death is suspect, i highlighted that too, to which they are awaiting further confirmation.

With regards to Oros, i also mentioned that, and that 10k would be a slap on the wrist, but they firmly believe he will show up, otherwise he will be fined additional money, (around 40k i believe) have an international arrest and i would assume be imprisoned indefinitely.

It's really not in his best interest to disappear but i can understand the paranoia, I emphasized that we have a serious issue trusting anybody associated with the LGA/MGA and the system.

Joseph Cushieri (MGA chairmen) made public statement last year stating his pledge to make sure all players/victims will be paid what is owed.

As for now, i need everybody who is owed money, to preferably join our facebook coalition group or to add me on skype, (mikeybear2).

I will know more soon but players will be testifying including Americans if need be.

Therefore i need to know how many people here and elsewhere in addition to our coalition group are interested in testifying if it came to that (Testifying will be video link)

We have a spreadsheet that we are updating.

Collectively between around 30 people who have informed us, we are owed around 200-300k, but we know the figure is far greater.

Please note, that since Skin affiliates are not protected by the LGA/MGA, skin affiliates will most likely not be asked to testify and will not be entitled to whatever commision they are owed.

Any skin affiliates who can proof they are owed their own personal player funds, should inform Sep in our group, or myself.

One final point, lying about what each individual is owed will not be tolerated and could hinder the cause of our case, or at least have consequences for the individuals claims if caught intentionally lying about what they are owed.

With Neil and that statement Sep posted, he was either lied to or he lied to us about it. Either way we were completely misinformed. I myself and i am sure many others joined and played on the site,in the notion that our player funds were "SEGREGATED". He reassured me along with staff and others numerous times that this was the case.

I'm also of the belief and within good reasons and personal reasons that Neil lied to us and covered things up, later bailed and covered his ass from further implicating himself from any potential outcry. At minimum he behaved extremely unprofessional, went about things completely unethically and definitely could of prevented further damage, ultimately I strongly believe that he only acted out of self interest and knew a lot more about what was going on behind closed doors.

Moving forward with the jigsaw puzzle slowly piecing together many things are now starting to make more sense although there are still a few missing pieces and things that need to be clarified. Many of minteds actions were very questionable. I hope Neil still visits this page, although i am sure he does,

Not that it actually matters much, but Neil left Minted way before they moved to Plutos. And I very much doubt he visits 2+2 still, there is no reason for him to.

So true. I am sure Neil Butterfield of Minted poker is on to new scams,lying and cheating poker players out of their money like he did while he was at minted poker. Even when Minted stopped servicing USA Neil remained a few weeks telling us how Minted still made available options for affected players to cashout. Those options which included cashing out to skrill( not available as cashout method for usa players) or opening up an account overseas or in Canada. So blood boiling. All the best Neil. I only hope pluto is a fail site.

I was going back to see what ever happened with Minted Poker. Its website is now some clothing affiliate site. It looks like that happened since the last post in this thread. Plutos is down to zero traffic. The security certificates on the sites on the network still open expired 18 months ago.

Plutos was licensed in Curacao and used the same license number as the defunct Muchos Poker. I can only assume no Minted Poker players ever got paid their promised amounts after raking on this site. Is that a safe assumption? I get the idea there weren't any other players on the network.

Had about $400 tied up on Minted still when it went down. Wasn't about to go to Canada to try and open a bank account for this amount.

Some of us got payed shortly after it closed by opening a Canadian bank acct. I live Michigan so it as convenient. Figured it was bs at first but knew of some players that did it and it went through.

That was after they shut US out actually. I think players that had already relocated kept playing.
