It is amazing to me how many people in this thread keep putting money into online poker when they get screwed waiting for payment left and right lol. It should never take ANYONE a month to get money back. The money should be deposited in your account with 48 hours. They make plenty of money running these sites. So they are just trying to steal your money plain and simple.

Just because a check takes a little over a month to reach you doesn't mean you are being robbed. Impatience is your problem, not theirs. Moreover, the sites aren't the root cause of online poker being so ****ed up in the USA, the government is.

Take note that USA players get their money in months (if they're not fortunate enough to have a WU withdrawal option) while non-USA players get their money in days if not hours/minutes.

If you have a problem with this, then bitch to your elected officials, not 2+2.

checks take about a month to approve and then another week to ship.

Just wanna post that I just deposited to PDC, and it was easy-breezy:

1. Create Western Union Account Online
2. Transfer Money using "money in minutes" following the instructions on PDC.
3. In minutes (less than 10) I get a pop-up saying "congrats" and my balance on PDC shows my deposit.

Easy Breezy!

I only deposited once through western union on Merge a few months back and I have the WU cashout option. My account is a few months old so I don't know if this is a fluke or not.

Requesting a withdrawal through WU today, will let you guys know how it goes.

Not true at all. My last few skrill WD's took 2 weeks which makes me think they dont have as much money in the bank as people would like to think. Delays in WD's are never anything but cash flow problems and not "approval delays, technical issues, staff shortages" like the emails will say. Cashout times are directly proportional to solvency imo (at least for ROW) and after the Merge/lock split it has been taking more than 2x longer for my Skrill WD's.

I would bet my life that Merge cashouts to Skrill weren't delayed because they were processing cashouts too fast.

Before the Merge/Lock split it took 4-5 days, now it takes 2 weeks. Coincidence? Imo they spent too much player money on their software upgrade to compete with Lock.

I've deposited with WU 3 times. All 3 times I've left the bank (5min from my house) and had the money either the right away upon return home or a short wait after.

Only certain prepaid cards work, but not sure which sorry

Can you please elaborate on this? We need to do more than one deposit via WU to be able to cashout through WU?

Please, elaborate. How many do we have to do? Is it a set amount of money we need to reach, or number of deposits? Once it's turned on (The WU cashout option), does everybody have the same withdrawal limit? Or do they vary?
