I appreciate you writing up and sharing this info, but would be nice if you had added a step #2 for deposit:

"Wait 6 days"

I would have used another option if you had mentioned the 6-day hold they put on your money after depositing. I take it there's no way to undo the deposit now?

I did a cash out on 9/16/28 and is now 9/24/18 still no bitcoin cash out. No response from customer service either. Supposed to be within 4 to 5 days

They let me do two withdrawals 2500 each at any given time. Just did 2 requests a few days ago. It’s been a month or so since my last withdrawal. But same 2 requests then. Actually 3 but then I stopped winning :-(. They were running the full 7 days each then.

I think it's because I knew that you can play blackjack with your bonus / top off your stack with the profits at poker tables immediately upon winning blackjack hands... which is kind of the only thing that offsets the high rake.
