Does Merge/Carbon offer a prepaid debit card CASH OUT option? I want to deposit using bitcoin but cash out via a prepaid debit card once play through requirements are met. Do not want to cash out via check or crypto.

Are play through requirements difficult? Last time I checked I was capped at 2 tables around the time they ended all their rewards program and left.

I asked customer service if I was entitled to one free cashout on Carbon and one on PlayersOnly per year, support said "yes" so that is promising.

Oh my! Long story short. Cash out request 4/10. Processed 4/16 ~1:30 pm est. After 3.5 hours passed with no funds, I checked the Blockchain and found the transaction had confirmed and was sent to another address. Funds stolen! How could that happen? After repeatedly checking the block on Blockchain, I noticed the date of the transaction was from March. Turns out I had used the same address then. So easily avoided, if I had just stuck to recording my transactions in my notebook, as I had done up to that point. The ease of copying and pasting in the Electrum wallet had led me to become complacent. No more. Back to recording every address generated from now on. First confirmation arrived ~midnight. Funds now on Bitpay card. Transfer from wallet to card was instant. Don't know why it took 11+ hours from site to wallet. Mercy!

I initiated a BitCoin withdraw on Monday Morning of this week on Merge Poker (Carbon). This is my first time withdrawing via bitcoin, so I want to make sure i did it right.


My wallet (Blockchain) produced an address and I copied that into the casino withdraw page. I double/triple checked to make sure the address was correct, entered my pin number and confirmed the transaction.


I didn't manually write down the code however, which now I'm thinking I should have done. I can still cancel the transaction if I want, but I'm sure the address was correct.

The whole address thing seems dodgy to me. I can't find any record on Blockchain of all my addresses that belong to that wallet. After you give them the address, they could send it to the wrong address and say "Sorry, your funds are lost."....basically, free-rolling me.

Is there any way to view all your addresses within your wallet?

Should I cancel the transaction and try again... this time writing down the address?

You are over thinking it. Havent played on carbon for years but they always honored my withdrawals (slow tho) to skrill/neteller.

I also copy/paste the wallet address when using btc as most do, you can probably see mentioned address under my wallets or something? Just be sure you used your btc address not other crypto and you should be fine.

I received the full amount but 3% seems rather large

If it was your first w/d of the year, there would be no fee. The 3% fee is 40% less than the 5% fee they were charging a year ago.

can't say I follow. What is the point in writing down each generated address? I always screenshot the address I input into the withdrawal page. Once I get funds I delete the screenshot, am I doing it wrong?

Had I recorded the March address in my notebook, I would have immediately seen it was used when I recorded the same address for my April cash out. Computer challenged when it comes to screenshots and such. My son teaching me to copy and paste was a cause for celebration. Still getting use to the Electrum wallet. Would have saved some angst when I initially thought funds were stolen, before noticing the said transaction had occurred in March.

So, I wanted to take advantage of the April reload bonus. It's been a couple years since I've played on Carbon, and was excited to return. I've previously been table banned to 1 table for winning too much, which was frustrating, so I decided to move my play elsewhere for the last two years.

I contacted them via email last week because the poker deposit bonus seen at (https://www.carbongaming.ag/poker) was not working when I tried to deposit. They replied assuring me I could deposit and that they have manually applied my deposit bonus. Is there anywhere to play these days using a cc I played on carbon last year and it was fine. Now it’s all bitcoin.

Assuming You are an American player, yes. Ignition/Bovada and any of the WPN skins accept credit/debit cards. (America's Card room, Black Chip Poker, etc.)

Did they remove the may 100% reload bonus promotion? I saw it as an option around 5/2 and was planning on using it (100% up to 1k reload) but it looks like they removed it, anyone still able to utilize it?

they seem to take around $50 capped fee on my larger withdrawals so far.

Still waiting on a payout from April 30th. Anyone else?
