How do you get the option for bank wire if anyone knows why some have this option and some dont? I play on carbon thinking about switching over to sportsbook which looks to have the option available.

Sharkscope reporting just came back for merge after being down for 7 or so days (all while it worked fine for other networks during that time).

I don't know if it's related to any of this chaos, but if it is then this might be a good sign.

I got this email reply blaming it on the processors:

Some players does have the cash transfer option; and this is due to account activity and other factors, the account in question does not meet the requirements for cash transfer now and that’s the reason why its not available, in regards to your concern about funds I can assure you that there is no lack of this.
We use third party companies to process our transactions and unfortunately they are experiencing a delay with the processing of some payouts, we haven’t stop processing it’s just taking a little bit more time than what we usually take to process payouts, I know how frustrating this could be and I understand where you are coming from but as I mentioned before we are doing our very best to get this situation normalize as soon as possible and you shouldnt have any problems collecting any of our checks.

The longest it's taken for me to get a cashout in the past was 7 weeks but if they are just paying request from the first week of March then this one is going be longer than that. I'm so sick of dealing with them. Prior to the Jazette cashier merge I had WU option for several years and now after the merge I no longer have it and they refuse to restore it, even though I used it flawlessly several times in the past. I guess I don't rake enough.

Basically they suck! I'm sure everyone has noticed their MTT gtds have gone back down and are overlaying. People with a brain aren't going to play where they can't get paid.

I think everyone should post on twitter using @MergeGaming and @ whatever site you play on and discourage others to play there. Maybe that will get their attention, nothing else seems to.

merge, or more importantly jazette, does not care about poker traffic. its a vertical within their business that creates a small portion of their overall revenue.

until their sportsbook and casino start showing diminished returns changes wont take place.

a grassroots twitter campaign to educate the public and warn them of the potential withdrawal problems and current red flags is one thing. hoping to affect positive change within the poker ecology on merge is another.

As for the statement about poker vs casino and sportsbook, I doubt anyone is saying what/where, poker, sportsbook or casino they are cashing out from. So tweets should scare off potential casino sportsbettors and maybe even casino players (although degens gonna degen).

Paul Volpe also tweeted about slow payouts..he's claims to be waiting almost 2 months for a 5k wire.

They typically only process once a week so it would be unusual to see any more processed this week

no its not and the times they have processed multiple times in one week recently always had a monday batch then a wednesday/thursday batch

can't help but wonder if carbon/merge have already screwed themselves here. traffic has already diminished. assuming we all get our $ this time(and i haven't), i would think they can't let people wait 8+ weeks ever again if they want to stay viable.

well the good news is that checks were processed yesterday. And I think they gor the message on cash out times. other sites are blowing them out of the water. And row players still waiting to get pAid. I just hope we all get the money..

anyone else not able to log in as of today? i was fine yesterday but cant get in thru poker program or website now.
