Told it would take 10 Business Days.
12/18 Received Message the 3rd party used to send WU/MG were having
technical difficulties. My cashout would have to be sent via check
or Bank Draft. Contact customer service to inform and it would be
expedited. WU/MG cashout option now removed from my account.
My eyebrows are raised and feel like I'm being jerked around. I donk

12/20 Message from Cashier indicating Check is sent. No Tracking info.
12/21 FedEx banging on door and check in hand. Few minutes after check

my check was processed / but havent receied an email saying it was sent and i see ppl receiving emails saying theirs was sent the next day with the same process date... is that normal?

I don't think there is a big enough sample size for the community to know what "normal" is yet. That is the purpose of this thread

As you can see from my post above, it took a few days for my tracking number to be sent, although it was the Christmas Holidays so maybe that explains this instance? Or maybe it's a diff processor with different policies for ROW checks? We just don't have enough info yet.

just wondering bcuz my check doesnt say sent and some ppl have alrdy received their checks from the same day i was processed with theirs saying "sent". I inquired with support and they said they had sent the check that day (12/20) and that it was arriving shortly. Hopefully i get it this week.

Here's my experience with Carbon Poker in a nutshell: (I am a US player.)

Deposited $50 on three; separate occasions in September and October.
I hit a jackpot of 50k in early October...woot! I received confirmation of my jackpot winnings the same day by email and an additional email of congratulations the following day.
Over the course of the next 10 days, I made a series of withdrawl requests....$2500 each after providing the necessary documents.
My first withdrawl confirmation email came on Nov 1st. The first check arrived on Nov 9th....$2500.12.
My second withdrawl email arrived on Nov 19th...I got a check for $2460.37 on Dec 1st.

Since then, I have received one check, check #4 is waiting at Fedex for me to pick it up, and I have received a confirmation letter and tracking information for check #5. It has been approximately 11 weeeks since I hit the jackpot and there are still another 13 checks which have not been processed yet. I have sent some emails back and forth when I've become impatient. This post is my first attempt to speed up the payment process.

Bottom line: I hit a big jackpot after depositing a lousy $150 and they are paying me. That's good and I can honestly say I will recommend Carbon Poker to my friends as long as I keep getting checks. That said, payment for me has been slower than I expected and I think the site will have a hard time attracting serious gamblers if they can't pay big jackpots in a timely manner. I have not seen improvements in the process since my first cashout on Nov. 1st.
