After I got 2nd place in a tournament, I was banned the next day and will be tested. now to the reason. when we had the corona pandemic in Germany, and the initial peers. my girlfriend also wanted to play online, so I contacted pokerstars customer service and asked if there could be any problems. According to the advisors, I or we shouldn't worry as it's not against any rules. and now they have temporarily banned me, what can i do about it? My girlfriend hasn't even played for 8 months. she only used it during the pandemic. the specialists should be able to see that immediately. Platz belegt hatte, wurde ich am nächsten Tag gesperrt und werde getestet. nun zum grund. als wir die Corona-Pandemie in Deutschland hatten, und die ersten Ausgangspeeren. Meine Freundin wollte auch online spielen, also kontaktierte ich den Kundendienst von Pokerstars und fragte, ob es irgendwelche Probleme geben könnte. Laut den Beratern sollten ich oder wir uns keine Sorgen machen, da es gegen keine Regeln verstößt. und jetzt haben sie mich vorübergehend gesperrt, was kann ich dagegen tun? Meine Freundin hat nicht einmal 8 Monate gespielt und ist seit 11.2021 inaktiv . Sie benutzte es nur während der Pandemie. die spezialisten sollten das sofort sehen können. Ich bin seit Jahren zufriedener Kunde. hat jemand die gleichen erfahrungen gemacht? und kann mir sagen, wie lange so ein Test dauern kann? Danke im Voraus
