Is there still traffic on 1/2, 2/5?

I have my electrum wallet set up. I have made a deposit on Carbon using Bitcoin. (The deposit was with Coinbase). I want to do my first trial "receive" on electrum. I copy the "receiving address" in Electrum and paste to the "bitcoin address" in Carbon's withdrawal window. I choose $50 just to be safe. I get this message in the Carbon withdrawal window:
"Your BITCOIN Address seems to be invalid. Please ensure you are using a proper BITCOIN address. An invalid address will extend your payout waiting period."

What is going wrong at this stage? Thank you for any help.

Now I am a step farther. It turns out that the problem was when I was creating the wallet it asked if I wanted to use a "Segwit" or "Legacy" wallet. The correct answer was Legacy.

What quantifies as traffic. I guess don't play 500, but watch it from time to time, lucky to be 2 games up at 200nl at any time, traffic is pretty dead across the board.

Can it be sent through that or no? I mean, I sent from coinbase to electrum using "segwit" with no problems. I'm guessing segwit is the default for Electrum.

I requested one on Jan 4th and got paid on the 8th. Was one of my fastest payouts from them yet.

I've submitted another on Jan 14th and hopefully get paid today or tomorrow(5-7 business days)

They "should" be getting lots of money into the site the next two weeks so there is no excuse for them not being quick on payouts right now.

So can I use a Segwit address for withdrawal? The post is a guide on how to setup a Segwit address (also shown in the options is Legacy) which is supposed to have lower fees. User derSchwartz said that he had to change to Legacy for his cash out.

You'll have to research EndTheFed's posts for further answers. There's a link in that post that might help. He shows step by step how to set up the Electrum wallet and troubleshoots/explains many questions many of us had. Check if your address begins with a 1 or 3. This may or may not be part of your problem. If it is, your answer is in EndTheFed's posts.

Finally got mine today after about 2 weeks. They get longer each time.

OK. So they're getting longer each time. On Bovada/Ignition, some folks are seeing their funds in their wallets, in as little as 8 and 26 minutes after requesting a withdrawal. Not encouraging Carbon, not encouraging.

hmm, so its 5-9 business days now. so up to 2 weeks basically. so much for BTC speed. takes way to long to get $ off. max request 2/15.

In regards to the cashout limits on Carbon...the reason some players have limits of $750 in Bitcoin while others have $5000 in Bitcoin is simple, based on your deposit history for the last 6 months. If all deposits in the preceding 6 month period were made with BTC, you will have a $5000 withdraw limit.

Not true. All my deposits in the last 6 months have been BTC and I have a $2500 limit.

Unless they have different rules for different players. This is copied & pasted from Carbon (Also, they sent my recent cashout in just 4 business days!):
