well 1-2 years ago checks on merge were taking 2-6 months

at least 6-8 weeks is a improvement well done there . Though way more people would play if checks only took say a week. it would be a economic benefit to all partys, Hey sportsbook reps can you pass that message along?

do you know if ACED uses the same cashier as sportsbook??? I was talking with Sportsbook support today and they informend me checks could take up to 6-8 weeks, but that was the highest estimate of toa. Anyways 3 weeks is prty reasonable in todays climate,

When this thread was created, Aced was scheduled to be moved to the same cashier. Aced is Carbon Poker's sister site. The move was delayed (2x) and there is no concrete ETA right now. Aced is currently Merge Cashier while Carbon is Jazette Cashier.

The cashier difference is currently the only difference between the two sites.

I believe sportsbook is on the Jazette cashier while as Kahn said, Aced is on the old merge cashier. I know that 6-8 weeks is the stated time frame but from reading the threads, it does seem to be less than that. My carbon withdrawal was processed recently in about 5 weeks.

I agree that 3 weeks is very reasonable in today's climate!

Here is the update on the Players Only VIP. The new program is not only worse, but so much worse that I am barely containing my anger. Now let me preface this by saying after they locked the points exchange in January I talked to support repeatedly and they assured me they were just implementing a new vip system and my points would hold equal or greater value. Well I finished January with 30,000 points accumulated in my account, since I could not exchange them for cash. Then today I see their new program. The top level can exchange 30,000 in points for $400 which equals an insulting 13% rakeback. And That is the top ****ing level.

So now all the points I accumulated in January are being held hostage to be redeemed at this new rate. It is downright theft.

Please, if anyone here has connections to Merge management, I would very much like to speak with them about this. I feel it is only fair to allow me to exchange the points I earned in January at the old rate. I paid $5,000 in rake in January and to be treated like this is disgusting.

Wow that exchange rate is worse than the previous system... thats almost half the exchange rate compared to the pevious Vip system

Also, in regards to Players Only (and presumably this affects Sportsbook and Suberbook as well), you'd need to speak to Jazette management, not Merge management. Jazette owns these skins directly.
