Any else experiencing longer than usual cash out times? I usually get a BTC transfer 8 business days. It's been 11 business days so far. I use the Sportsbook.ag skin.

yes my 2nd to last one was much longer than usual, took 10 business days almost (2 full weeks) My most recent one is processing today only 5 business days (1 full week)

How can I contact the service? do not respond to e-mails, do not respond to emails written through the poker application.
For a month I have not been verified I have sent several times documents zero response

I am sorry, but since your beloved Carbon, and the Merge skin for which you are an affiliate, has now joined PO's/SB's cashier, you have almost absolutely no credibility in my eyes in terms of actually having any idea of what's going on on the inside. Despite all of your str8 up spamming self-promotion! Really don't understand how you are able to get away what you get away with on here, and not having to pay 2p2 advertisement fees! Or is Carbon covering those fees?...

New PC....does anyone know a work around downloading Carbons Poker Client? Get the error "This site can’t provide a secure connection" Tried turning off windows defender and firewall. It seems like my ISP is blocking it.

I (re)started playing on this site since last September. A few months later, I was restricted to two tables, then one table. Finally last week I found myself not allowed to play cash games any more.

I can still play tournaments. The nightly $109 is fun and gamble-heavy. But the time doesn't work for my pacific time zone. Fund withdrawal also seems fine.

I have seen many (winning) players are gone during the past months, but also seen new players, mostly reg type, from time to time. I wonder where they come from.

My speculation is, if the site is not able to sign up new players, banning reg may be the only way to keep the site alive.

Many regs are only going after their "fishes". It makes the eco-system unsustainable very quickly, for a site with so small a player pool. Rec players there are true fighters, they are willing to battle against a table of 4-5 regs for hours. While many reg players wouldn't even play one more hand after their target has left the table.
