Btw I downloaded carbon poker client yesterday and installed it on a well equipped windows 10 PC but it doesn't run!
It actually doesn't even open. I mean when I double click it, nothing happens! Nothing even starts in processes.
I tried running it as Admin, uninstall and reinstall it again. Nothing worked.
And live chat has no clue what I am saying....
Any ideas?

there may be a lot more tables at lower limits, as there normally are at all sites. I usually just assume players want to multi-table and/or play stakes around 100nl or higher. also, if youre playing 6max and lower stakes, I'm sure this site would be fine for you. I only play full ring and 100nl or higher, and merge almost never has more than 1 table of this running that I have seen. make sure you take advantage of the deposit bonus, and remember that there is a 5% cashout fee after the first cashout EACH YEAR, so make that first cashout count imo.

Missing tournaments tonight - I'm not seeing either of the nightly $33s or the $11 knockout at 2100...

It's been buggy several days now about tournament postings.

Those that have gotten banned, Did you get banned after cashing out? Or just after a winning a lot? Im wondering if you cashout less and just keep money in there longer it would delay the banning.

It does not matter if you cashout or not. They look at of the top MTT players and cash winners and if you show up enough they ban you. Cashout as fast you can also so you do not end up like this guy

SamueLAction here, they lowered my table count randomly. Then they completely banned me after a max cashout, not sure if there is correlation or not....doubt it.

Anyone else having difficulty logging in due to updates not installing- get 5-7% installed then restarts installation?

So it only took almost 3 hours to finally log in. Guess instead of just restarting computer, I should have shut it down completely, then restarted. Still slightly on the computer illiterate side.

Could someone please confirm for sure if HUDs, especially PTR4, are still legal to use on Merge? I've seen posts ITT this year that say they are, but I find Merge's Prohibited Software Policy wording confusing as to what types of programs beyond seating scripts they're not allowing. Could someone help me understand how a HUD does or doesn't violate these policies?

I've seen that players have been banned on other sites for using HUDs where they were prohibited, so don't want to use one on Merge unless I'm sure it's ok. Just being super cautious, as I really don't want to play on any of the other sites that US players can play on ATM.

After Merge got rid of any way to code player types and take notes, and then the free Hold 'em and Omaha HUDs on Carbon, I've mostly played on Sportsbook (shared player pool with Carbon), where you can still use tags and change the color of player boxes, although no notes anymore.

I've had my accounts on both sites for years, so can't comment as to they're taking new US signups or not.

This is weird but a couple times during hands my cards appear to be face down. It's happened in cash games a few times too. I'm running the Mac client - has this happened to anyone else? I have some screen shots...

Did you click on your cards to turn them back face up? Are you clicking on another screen or browser where your cards are exactly when your table comes to the front? This would cause your cards to reverse.

Installed the updates on my Mac and Carbon won't open at all. Nothing. Any ideas? Looks like a couple of people experienced this and then they got in? How do you get in if you cannot even get to the login screen?

it is a good thing they tell you what you have above the pot size - you usually can click your cards to disappear/reappear - it has something to do with showing hand

I won a tournament ticket but cant figure out how to use it to register. Support has not responded in over a day.

It's a bit tricky, whatever the amount you won for, there will be multiple options. They don't necessarily show up, but you can highlight it and click down. Also you can see your coupons, under games tournament coupons, they last 90 days. The main thing don't be so fast to just enter the tournament for whatever $ amount your coupon is, it will be there.

I am playing through betusa sportsbook. Its not that i dont see the coupon but i cant clickon it. Might just be a glitch on their skin but their cs is real bad wont respond.
