edit: I find it ridiculous that i can reset my password still with it locked, and be logged into my account on the carbon poker website, but can't get into the client until support waves their wand. You think if you can reset pass and get in on the website you wouldn't be barred from client

No bonus here, and it wouldn't matter if they did, the way they have my account set up I cannot clear bonuses. Had one that I tried to clear, realized no matter how many points I tried to earn, I got 0 points towards bonuses.

This happened to me. I did not earn a single point on the deposit bonus. I wrote an email asking about it. I don't really remember the response but it was never fixed.
I still have a bit of money on carbon but I am over that site.
Currently saving my money to make a deposit on Bovada.
The Bovada thread is way more promising than this one...

The problem is that they are not hiring their 6-8 week mark. 90 days is the average for check cashouts and 40 for wires etc etc. they have not been paying consistently since february. Deeschwartz has to chime in and fix ethe real numbers. But from requested to cih, it's not even coming close.

Who are the guys playing 2/5 and 5/10 NLHE regularly? These games run quite often with some regulars. Even one good day at these stakes would take 3-6 months to cash out. Not sure what the upside is of playing them as opposed to 100 and 200nl. Seems like a bad risk vs. reward.

True this. But for those of us who have been on Carbon/Merge for 4+ years, this is not new. But, the most concerning issue to me are the ROW payments being slowed. This is new from my view. And from my personal stand point, my bankroll has taken a significant hit, due to slowing of cash outs, deviating from personal BR strategy of cashing out when going over $1,000, and issues in my personal life. I made a decision to leave over $1100 in my bank after my last cash out @ the beginning of the year, to step up a level. One, I am sorry to say I've come to regret. But, with cash out times increasing, the success I was having on site, and no financial issues on the home front, it felt like the time to see what I was made of. Well, I'm finding out. Tournament variance is a bitch. But, coupled with the lengthy cash out times, I decided to ride it out, as opposed to cashing out and having my money in limbo for 2-3 months. Truly sorry I didn't choose limbo. Could have had a 4 figure cash out by now and still over $1100 in account. And, the lessons I have learned would be the same. So, the bottom line is I've made accounts on Intertops and WPN though I've yet to play on them. Just can't beat the Carbon/Merge software. And, having grinded 50 cent tournaments on PS after I lost my job in 2009, to become the player I have, just gonna keep the faith, until I see evidence of folks not getting paid at all. Then, that coupled with the slowing of ROW payments will raise a big Red Flag for me.

Most likely because it was labor day weekend. Football starts this week also.
