A facelift, especially with regards to website design, really doesn't cost that much money or efforts anymore these days. Thus, I would not draw any conclusions concerning the effect on their liquidity out of it.

a bigger sign of liquidity is the guy in the other thread who was restricted to 0 tables and had his account effectively closed received 4-5 checks the past few months.

Well, to quote the email, "They strive to maintain a healthy and balanced environment". This was all the way back in November 2013 as well. So I'm sure if you go back in this thread that far, there were a few others as well complaining about the restrictions, although not very many were put at 0. Can't imagine many others are still checking in every now and then like me now though.

Why did Carbon change to a white background for their sportsbook? The white is hard on my eyes compared to the old black background. Carbon please go back to the old lay out the new one sucks.

Thing is they offered me the Western Union transfer a few days ago, I accepted as of course am eager to do whatever I can to get paid. I just received the tracking number but I wanted to come here to ask how I should handle the teller or what questions I might be asked at Western Union, I've never used them before. Thanks in advance for the help.

Did they say WU or peer to peer? If peer to peer it might end up being Moneygram. I did a Moneygram a few months ago there was specific information about the sender that Carbon provided. When I got to be machine and called them, they asked for more information than was given to me. I had to say never mind, email carbon telling them what else was asked, and wait for that response. So just be sure you have all the info they give you. If they don't provide a phone number for the sender, I recommend asking if there is one just to save time.

It appears they don't really do much since it seems like over 100 emails have been sent to them and all they do is send back the same auto reply every time. Not to mention things continue to get worse at carbon/merge.
