These attacks don't just affect the poker sites. American Internet Service Providers are affected by these DDOS attacks, as well. This is definitely an FBI issue and if enough people complain they'll be forced to look into it just to get us off their backs. We need to make a thread with FBI cyber crimes division contacts and push for as many 2 + 2 members to contact them as we can.
Even if it doesn't lead to arrest and prosecutions I'll bet it will make these DDOS *******s think twice about screwing with these poker networks if they know the heat is on. I guarantee you won't see these pricks like this Disrespect=D/C coming on 2 + 2 and barking threats at poker networks anymore.

You're right, though. It's better to allow this to continue and lose money than it is to dedicate funds to investigating this issue. One way, or the other, money is coming out of your pocket. You can lose it at the tables during the DDOS attacks, or dedicate money to doing something far more constructive.
