I just contacted customer service. They said it should be about 10-15 mins and try back. I
gave them my tourney ID number and said I wanted a refund if I get blinded out and they seemed ok with that

That's terrible. They can review the entire tournament if they felt like it. I know they wont refund you for your DC problems but when its on their end I've gotten one every time

It's kinda gambling to race back and blind the other person out because you wont get a refund if you both start playing again. Its almost better to not show back up at all. But they did give me a tournament coupon one time for a MTT and I dont play MTT's so it was worthless

I don't understand? There's people that obviously have zero clue how to do what support requires to MAYBE get a refund. Their default policy is simply to rob people. Not ****ing cool.

While they have always paid out players, Merge has a history of shadiness in "fringe" areas such as this.
