Hard to say what the best way for them to resolve this would be. Obviously they failed to run the tourney properly and an unfair advantage was given to several players.
I feel that a chip equity chop from the point of time when the server issues began is one solution, but it is obviously a problematic one to pinpoint. Has anyone been involved in a similar situation where the server failure cost you ~$5000 in equity? Any ideas on how Carbon resolves this, or is it just 'too bad'?
Assuming that everyone gets stalled out of the tourny, they have some kind of equity chop (can't remember exact details). Unfortunately, I believe that if only SOME of the players are disco'd/stalled out, I think its tough ****.
