So, since the Oct. Trick or Treat Special was a success, it's being followed up with a Nov. 24, $55 12 K Gtd Gobble-Gobble-Giveaway. There are three (3) $5 10 seat satellites on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at 5 PM EST. See you there.

I had an issue with a cashout and I can't find any support to respond. I tried the email I have which is support@carbonpoker.ag and filled out a ticket on the website. No response. Anyone have a different contact point?

In the client hit the green CASHIER button in the top right. In the browser hit the green NEXT button in the lower right, then hit the blue CHAT button in the lower left.

So, they're off to a good start. Ten seats quickly became twenty in the 1st 1/2 hr. With 10 min. levels and 3 hours late reg., 471 entries resulted in 42 seats. Person KO'ed in 43rd pl got $45 for his/her efforts. Not bad. Lasted 3 hours/51 minutes. Gonna do it again Thurs./Fri., with the tournament on Sat. Gonna see if I can grab a 2nd ticket on Friday.

While talking to Carbon support, PokerTracker was mentioned, and they said: "We regret to inform you that as per management decision we no longer allow third parties to collect our information, this is to ensure the integrity and security of the game play and to guaranteed the privacy of our customers, due to this no exceptions are made, so the data you might be getting is not and might not be accurate from now on."

When did Carbon stop allowing PokerTracker?

It sounds like they are allowing it but they are telling you it might not collect data properly on their network. So we are to assume they somehow randomly generate wrong information to deceive poker tracker from giving you the correct information. Sounds about right from the merge network.

Has anyone else's client been crashing lately? At least once each time I play over the last week, the software totally freezes up on me and I get a popup window about a jet runtime error. I have to go into task manager and kill the client and go back in. Annoyingly, it then often will not let me rejoin my tables, stating that I am already on the selected table (this goes away after a while).

ALL THE TIME. They blame it on me I have folded boats and Aces preflop because of this error, I have had this happen on my desktop and laptop. PLEASE REPORT IT.

Already happened twice to me today. Until more people report it they won't do a damn thing.

When it happens to me, it's because I've got more than one browser open. Problems with Google chrome if I open more than 1 window. My table will lag until I close Google. And don't let me open Edge to check on my withdrawal. The table will freeze if Edge and Google are open too long and my 8 year old computer doesn't like that. So I end up logging out and back in. That's where I may run into the Run-time error. So to play w/o issue like I just did in the gobble-gobble, Google chrome and nothing else.

Caught the error today, here it is. Going to report FWIW. Obviously had several tables mid-hand when it happened :/

Interesting workaround... shouldn't be necessary. And I have a less than one year old badass gaming PC. Performance should be completely unrelated in my case. Very small sample size, but I suspect that the crashes happen more often when I am full-screening a video in Chrome on my other monitor (streams, youtube, etc).

Agree, I use Edge.

Just use the web browser client instead. I heard a rumor that they're going to shut down the regular software soon and only offer the browser client anyways.

I just hope they update the web client first. It doesn't do half the things the regular one does.

Where did you hear this rumor? Is it possible to download hand histories using the web client?

+1 on wanting to know how someone casually overhears that merge would just be going to web based client for some reason.

Emailed them again today, it is on our end, love that they take no accountability. One thing to suggest it didn't help me, update java, quicktime and Adobe flash according to their instructions, frustration just kicked in when was going to call on the river and had qs on another table preflop.

So ive been mulling it over and considering depositing on Carbon after seeing they have a 100% bonus for the month of December. $10 released every 500 player points. Anyone know how hard it is to release player points/ clear these bonuses? I play mtts and plo cash. Is there even enough volume in plo cash to clear a decent sized bonus?
