In my 7 years at Carbon, this is the 3rd time new account sign- ups have been frozen. When I asked when might sign-ups resume, they acknowledged they weren't accepting new sign-ups now, but didn't answer the question.

Since your bringing up the spam, same here. They send so much junk emails and when I log on to unsubscribe from the emails it will not let me unsubscribe. It says "page not working" or something similar. It is horrible. Anyone else not able to unsubscribe? I guess I will have to write support.

I updated everything Carbon support told me too and I'm still getting the Jet Runtime Error which closes my client. Does anyone know how to remedy this? This is confirmed caused from the latest windows update. Why the **** would an update not allow me to run a program that I've been running for 5 years? Carbon says they cant offer any more torubleshooting advice other then what theyve told me to do. So frustrating

It’s weird because the accolade isn’t shown in the lobby since they upped it to $15, but anyone who has it now shows “Nightly $15 Winner” when you hover your cursor over it. They’ll probably still give it to you. When I won my first accolade I had to email them and be like “hey what gives” and they added it to my account a day later.

Yep same thing for me, apparently they aren't going to do anything about it. it's pretty tilting for cash games, since you have to wait 5 mins or so to get back in.

It may just be me, but disconnected about 2 mins ago and can't get back in.

Talked directly to customer service for reload issue, and they brought up the jettime error to me. They told me that NO ONE has had this issue, but me and since it's an isolated problem, there isn't anything that they can do. Please send these guys emails if you get this random crashing error. Jettime error crash dump, or something along those lines.

Been a few months since I've played here, but I'd be VERY surprised if Daniel is a bot. I've played him HU quite a bit and he absolutely has some tilt issues.

Hey. I can not log in since today. It shows "Your acc is disabled for security purposes". Does anybody have the same Problem? And does anyone know how / if I get my money? I hope I get it. :-(

I think I've at least figured out when the error happens. To me so far, it seems to happen when I'm seated at a table and the regs won't play bc they're waiting for a rec. After too long the software boots you for being inactive if you don't constantly resit back in.

As soon as this process takes place, I get the error and software crashes.
