If you don't mind paying a 5% fee on any money you happen to withdraw to play on a site that seems to be all but killing off its poker room, has no transparency with regard to most of its withdrawal or other procedures, lame and inconsistent promotions without rakeback, high rake (5.5%, not sure on cap but it was $5 when $5/10 existed), bans/table limits winning players (again with no transparency), and altogether seems to be run as an inconsistent and incompetent mess.

safe to say you don't play there anymore? LOL. If you do, after an argument against it, why do you?

Well, I posted earlier about a returning player who swore he would never play on this monopoly money, no paying site once he got his money off. But, he's back. Seems he was having mac notebook difficulties on WPN. Or, according to him, the mtt fields are so soft. Guess that trumps getting paid in monopoly money, if at all.

Despite everything, Merge still has the best software, by far, of any other site in the US. I still play on Carbon about once every week or two. But all of the negatives about the site keep it from being one of my primary sites. The fact that they have such good software yet such a small player pool, I think, says it all.

Has anyone won money from those daily rake races they have for cash games?

How long does Merge take to credit the $?

I have won a few times but have no idea how long they take to credit it. AFAIK, there's no transaction ledger that tracks their account additions (such as withdrawal foreign transaction fee reimbursement) so I never know if the money is added or not.

It ends at 2am EST and is credited toward your account not long thereafter. There's a popup that says congrats when you log back in. Also, the leaderboards go back about a week I think.

I haven't played there in about 8 months. Still trying to cash out the rest of my money, though fortunately I've received most of it by now (less 5% absurd BTC withdrawal fee.)

There outlandish fees may scare some people, but I honestly think it is the best site to play and I'm the worst reg you can play.

Agreed that the software is still the best for US players around and Bitcoin withdrawals (if you can get them) are also the fastest withdrawals that US players can get. 5% withdrawal fee sucks though, and games (at least at NL $100 and $200 6-max) have been dying.

Sitting on 2 200NL tables and the software crashes. Log back in and click the 'start playing' button for 200NL and it says "you are already playing at the selected table. Please select another game." WTF?

So I log off and back on, get the same thing. So apparently I have 2 buy ins stuck on 2 tables that I can't play on atm

any ideas?

Login from a mobile device. If it doesnt automatically bring your tables back up, you can open individual tables and should be able to leave the ones you are stuck in.

You can still deposit with Visa or Western Union, however, if you want bitcoin withdraw (fast option available) you need to make a bitcoin deposit.

use to play on carbon back in 2011-2012. was thinking about checking out the merge network again. just have a few questions

1) ive heard bitcoin withdrawals are 5% fee (ouch). how about deposits?

2) i've only ever had an account on carbon. is there any reason to bother with the other skins (ie bonus whoring)

3) is it even possible to get 6 NL100 or NL200 6 max games going consistently anymore?

4) is there a vip system or rakeback in place (if so which should i go for)

Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

1) Pretty sure no fees on deposits.

2) You are able to request cashouts on multiple skins at a time (not much of an issues since Carbon is paying fast now) and whatever small deposit bonuses they have I guess.

Do they still make you wait/freeze your account for 90 days before creating an account on a new skin?

If not, why wouldn't every table restricted reg just keep switching skins?

I'm pretty sure they do exactly that based on how many Germans/Austrian regs disappear and new ones pop up days later.

100 usually has at least 4 tables running at the "normal" (12pm-2am est) hours of the day, between 100 and 200 should be able to get 6 tables most of the time (though 200 has been bad lately)
