Carbon had to be the softest site in the US at least for micros. I went from being breakeven at 5nl on acr to crushing 50nl/shot taking 100nl on carbon in like 3 weeks in 2017. But yeah not really surprised to see them not paying out. They were always really slow from what I remember

It's probably not bigger news because:

1) The posts were in the cashout thread which fewer people read (I've moved them here now).
2) Not many people play on Merge these days.
3) While these reports are disturbing, it might be just a touch early to declare that "they are just stealing rolls now", with the low level of details provided.

2-Betusa interface, cashier, EVERYTHING is the same as carbon that i see...i would think they are either run by carbon, or would abide by the same rules and shadiness that carbon is doing (seeing that the website and everything else is basically identical)

Vision is only a big winner when he plays a special rec hu. Other then that he spews pretty hard he can tilt hard. You def crushed more then him. Do agree though there has to be a few players pulling 10k out a month. I'm restricted and no bonuses.

After seeing the experience of many players, I do not think that any very winning player will allow them to play in the room, what I do not understand is why they do not accept new players, everything around this room is very dark, any regular NL 25 player at pokerstars would win here at NL500 at 10bb / 100 but it wouldn't take long to get banned.

Not allowing new players makes no sense...there is no way the can remain in business without the income new players bring.

No. I was trying to log in last year on my phone after an extended absence. Had always played on my computer and had forgotten my password. Attempted to change it, but gave up after several failed attempts. Last month got in touch with customer service and was told my residence, Maryland, was not eligible to play on Carbon. Had been grandfathered in in 2012.

unreal. i just decided to stop playing there on my own. now for the multi week process of withdrawing my roll $2,500 at a time. too much sketchy talk about the network. gonna take my business elsewhere for the time being.

i have played on carbon years ago, and like maybe 6-12 months ago or so i deposited again and played here and then. All was good, no problems. I had my account fully verified in the past already, but somehow they wanted me to kyc again. Which i did, but i wasn't really winning so I didn't bother checking on the withdrawal page if everything was fine.

Then the last 3 months or so i havent played at all, I didnt really log into my account either. When I did, it said it had been deactivated for security purposes, so they wanted me to verify it again, which i did. They then said its all fine, i can play again.

Then without even playing a single hand i got another email a few days later, that my account was associated with an account that had suspicious behavior, and that i somehow broke the TOS, they would ban me, confiscate the money and not reply to any email or give any further explanation. Obviously i haven't done anything against the TOS to my knowledge, I haven't even played a single hand in months, so this sounds like complete nonsense.

To me this seems like straight up fraud what they are doing. Its only like 3.5k on there, but still very annoying. I am not sure if there is anything i can do other then contacting a lawyer and asking if its worth doing anything for this amount of money.

If anyone got ideas, i would be pretty annoyed if they got away with this scam..

Post black Friday they were great...still have one the best software of anyone.

It is a shame they can't seem to pay out....but it seemed like a long time coming. Since they will not take any new players, how are the supposed to get generate revenue?
