Please report this to them, they claim it is on my end and no one else has reported this issue. It is really annoying you stay at cash games, I imagine I have had to lose multiple blinds, you stay at the tables for over 5 mins before you can rejoin, here is the message they sent me.

We haven't received any other contact in regards to this error Jason, customers have had them in the past, however there were not originated from the poker software itself but with their updates ( Java, quicktime and on ).
Check that you have the latest versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player and if not, please download them from these links:
