current monthly poker bonus says:

"Player must earn 50 VIP points for each dollar of the bonus amount"

can anyone explain how VIP points are earned? at what rate? (of rake?)

pretty sure the reload bonuses were worked out to be 3-5% rakeback. It's not much. You earn it $10 at a time by paying rake.

can you clear reload bonus via poker? I always do the codes and promo stuff for the bonus, I receive them but they never clear on the % bar as if poker doesnt help them. I play as much as anyone at 500 on here, so its not lack of volume....

There are different reload bonuses, only one is specifically for poker.

This month's code is: SEP100PK. 100% bonus up to $1,000.

I've always had to email or talk to live chat after depositing to get it applied.

Game cancellation policy:

Community/Private Games: Each player will be refunded back the exact amount of money he or she had at the start of the hand at the time of cancellation.
Single-Table Tournaments: If a Tournament is cancelled because for technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will have their buy-in and entry fee refunded and will receive an equal share of the buy-in monies of the eliminated players. The eliminated players' buy-ins are equally divided regardless of chip standing at the time of cancellation.
Multi-Table Tournaments: If a Tournament is cancelled because for technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will be refunded:
All remaining players will be refunded their entry fee
All remaining players will be refunded their buy-in and the total amount of refunded buy-ins will be subtracted from the remaining prize pool.

So I got refunded last night.. but is Carbon down for everyone? I loaded my client up and it still shows tourneys I was in from last night.. and it's frozen on them

EDIT: So Carbon is working for me, but it still shows the tournaments I was in last night that were cancelled. Like 5 tournaments so it's kinda an eye sore.

I have the same issue. But I'm able to play on the ones currently running.

I was really confused at first.

My guess is that someone working at merge fkd up and cancelled tournaments still running when they were trying to refund the 11$ late night and 15$ Night Owl turbos from last night

Why should we take funds off carbon? I heard they are accepting U.S. players again. I do wonder why more players don't play there seeing that IMO the competition is softer than most other sites.
