Loopholes for playing on PokerStars in the USA? Loopholes for playing on PokerStars in the USA?

Obviously I have no idea if this is even possible just wanted to see if anybody had any thoughts on this at all?
I live in New York, Long Island to be exact, about a 6.5 hour drive from the Canadian border.
A few months ago as an experiment I used a VPN on my laptop and set my IP address for a Canadian one and was able to login to my PokerStars account, under real money! as far as my laptop knew I was in Canada.
At the time the only roadblock I found was entering in personal information (I.E. current address and banking information)
But I was thinking if I set up a Canadian PO box I was wondering if I would be able to use that and play from the Comforts of my home on Long Island and use a Canadian VPN, than any potential substantial wins I would make the drive to Canada collect my check from the P.O. BOX!

Haven't really thought all this out to the letter yet, just wanted to know if there's something to this and even possible to accomplish...

I mean let's be honest there's got to be some really good savvy computer techs or hackers who are poker players and have figured out a way to play on PokerStars in America... I'm just curious how they do it LOL

Any thoughts would be appreciated... thanks guys

Just curious, how are you going to verify your account/ID? I travel to Europe and play on those sites. The odds of getting caught prior to ID request is high. Without valid ID and utility bills, you're shutdown on the spot

FYI, those sites share info on players they catch.

PS can see vpns. People have definitely been banned.

No offense, but if all it took was a VPN, the player pool on ps would go up exponentially.

OP, we don't allow threads that seek advice on breaking sites' T&Cs, but this is a bad idea. And if there was some great foolproof way to do this, do you really think people would be sharing it on a public forum?
