There's a 15% rake requirement before cashing out transferred funds. So if you received $100, you'd have to pay $15 in rake before being allowed to cashout.

The private forum is a joke, it is moderated and you can't even say anything. One post congratulated Lock on cashouts and another wondered where he heard it from. I posted it was probably from 2+2 the biggest poker forum in the world. This was around the time we had a HUGE batch of like 5-6 people.

That way Lock and their sock puppets (cough cough) can NOT spin the fact that things are "improving" and players "are getting their cash outs". Perhaps you can Skype your buddy Shame and ask him why Lock continues to claim they have 4-6 week cashouts to new potential victims/players, when the real number is 6-9 months...............

No, it did not bounce - but I'm not at liberty to disclose the particulars regarding the player's situation. The funds were returned to his account, and the player re-submitted for a WU withdrawal.
