Eh, I just got the email and I wouldn't say I share your optimism, although I do desperately want to.

Please don't misunderstand me. I'm optimistic about getting the check. However, I have my doubts about it being worth more than the paper it's printed on.

Well, woke up to my Lock cashout from July 9th to Skrill today. I was on the list sent to shane so thats good news for people waiting.

I just got paid, kinda. They sent me $5k from a pending $10k requested in June. They automatically sent a new payment request for $5k.

All ROW so far. USA one time!

I'll have a recap in tonight's report of how much and how many. So far, there's been two players who've reported to have been paid who were on the Pending Cashout report.

Still have you on the list with the adjusted amount...but glad you did get at least half of what's owed.

As I said above, only two from the list so far (haven't seen any other movement today). But yes, both were ROW payouts, and the only other three reported payouts this month I've seen were ROW (all three paid on November 1st).

Additional note guys - if you PM me referring to a previous conversation we've had, please quote the convo in your reply to refresh my memory. I just once again cleared out my 2+2 inbox and I go through dozens of PM's a day...it just helps me a bit to have that convo we've had quoted so I can answer whatever your question might be as quickly as I can.

I made a post just now about a Lock pro saying that things will change this week....hopefully this is the start of something big (not holding breath just yet)

Ive been waiting for a check since Jan 2. I have 40k in the account. Something should be done. I have taken steps myself. I have contacted the PPA which has not gotten back to me. I have also contacted the US Securities and Exchange Commission. They have told me that they are reviewing my case and are deciding what is within their legal rights to do. I may be referred to a different agency that will help us. I plan on starting my own thread once I have more information about what the best legal actions are. The thread will be dedicated to taking constructive action to get our money out of lock poker, whether lock complies or doesn't.

I strongly encourage you to take the same steps against Lock poker, such as contacting the PPA or contacting your local government to take action against them in order to protect the interest of its citizens against the criminal actions of the enterprise Lock poker.

Funny thing was, only the week before, with the whole mess surrounding the new Lock 2,0 and the Revolution network, I had written the cashout and the remaining money on my Lock account off as lost and taken them off my bankroll tally.

Anyhow, good luck to all of you with far greater amounts locked up at Lock, there might be some hope yet. I'm just going to treat my remaining money there as a freeroll. At least the new software looks decent.
