This is EXTORTION

Dear hood,
I hope this finds you well and thank you for choosing Juicy stakes!
Unfortunately your pending withdrawal of $654 via Check has been declined. This is due to you not meeting the Frequent Player Points (FPP) requirement that would qualify you to receive a cash-out.
I ask that you accumulate 1625 FPPs before your next withdrawal.
Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me!

Best regards,

Nikki

Juicy Stakes Poker has put up $500 in prizes for top Sit n Go players this month. Players that take a seat at most SnG games up to $10 buy-in will automatically earn SnG Battle points. The 20 players with the most points by March 22nd will split $500 in prize money with $90 – and top bragging rights -- going to the first place player.

Players have until March 22nd to accumulate points and can check their standing on the leaderboard any time (http://client.ckpnetwork.eu/Public/L...teId=INTERTOPS). Higher buy-ins earn more points. So does winning. Any 10max SnG up to $10 buy-in qualifies (Double-up, kamikaze and satellite Sit & Go games are excluded from this race.) Prize money will be paid with 48 hours.

A new $1,000 GTD R&A No Limit Holdem tournament has been added to the busy tournament schedule every night at 11:00 pm EST.

Regards

Adam

NOWHERE ARE FPP'S MENTIONED

Dear hood
Thank you for your feedback.
We could have taken over Juicy Stakes and forfeited all existing balances but instead we took over all the existing player funds without receiving a cent from the old owners. This take-over made it possible for players, to at some point, withdraw their funds that were basically lost at the old Juicy Stakes.
For this to work out, for the players and for us as a company, we need players to play and not only to withdraw their funds. We guarantee to process withdrawals as long as players play and invest in this project.
Since we took over we have seen a very limited play from your side and I am afraid that we cannot process your withdrawals without limited gaming.
If you want to enjoy our good cash-outs then you will have to accumulate 1625 FPPs before your next withdrawal. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail!

So I emailed support and they said they never received the cashout request and I was instructed to cash out again.

My balance is now zero and hopefully the check will show up in time for the WSOP events at the Horseshoe Baltimore in 3 weeks.

I will post when the check arrives.

Good luck 2 all!

I've bolded the pertinent parts of this post. What you seem to fail to realize is that you don't have $654. The money isn't real. The old owners didn't have it and the new owners don't have that money either, because the old owners didn't transfer it to them, because it had been squandered and/or stolen under the watch of previous management.

The new owners of Juicy Stakes are offering to pay you $654 if you actually play on their site and accumulate a set number of FPPs. The new owners do not owe you the money, the prior owners do as those people own the debt and owe the balances. The prior owners are never going to pay it to you however, because they have no money with which to do so.

So your choices are to stay screwed out of your money (by the prior owners) or to put in a modicum of play with the new owners of the Juicy Stakes brand and in exchange for that small amount of play (which isn't enough to cover your balance, it's just a token amount of play asked on your part) the new owners will make good on the old owners debt to you.

I started the account with $25USD Mr Kahn

When the new company took over over a year ago my account may have had $100 TOPS

I won the MAJORITY of the money in the past year that the ((new company)) owned the site.

I am a LOW STAKES tournament player. I have never played a cash
game on-line as I like to see my opponents when I am in a cash game.

I have dealt no limit texas hold um on and off for 10 years in high stakes poker games locally because I am known as an HONEST person who deals a FAIR GAME.

On their website under the WITHDRAW tab there is NO MENTION of

accumulating FPP points to receive your funds!

Meanwhile my sportsbook, 5DIMES has never screwed me in the 5 years i've wagered there.

And I am not betting huge amounts of money and 5DIMES HONORS THEIR DEBTS

Regards,

HOOD

BTW

mr kahn 1650 FPP is not modicum play

What does your job have to do with the situation and how does "5Dimes has any debt towards you"? Just curios why our mention something that has nothing to do with a rake requirement.

Dear hood,

Thank you for your feedback.

The funds were won after we took over, however you still had a balance at take over, and those funds were used to play and win.

We will be happy to process your withdrawal once you complete the requirement.

Thank you. You have made your point a number of times.

Now, either you can walk away without your money, (and go back to where you would have been before the lifeline was thrown), or you can suck it up, play the necessary number more of hands, withdraw, and regain your previously lost funds together with your winnings.

Good luck at the tables.

"As the one of the busiest poker rooms on the Horizon Poker Network".

It's funny from before you would never mention the old "revolution network " because you was to well aware off how much debt it was owed to players and 80% off the poker sites on the network.

now you and intertops own the network you are happy to promote it.

It wasn't Intertops nor the present owners of Juicy who owed players money, so why shouldn't they now promote it?

Once again you provide no evidence whatsoever for this claim and also never replied to my post questioning it. Selective reading much? And why would they have mentioned it before when their cash game traffic had been ring-fenced from the rest of the network?

Have you met this management as well?Since you were so well informed about the FullFlush payouts, from now on I blindly believe every word you say.
You are clearly in the know, without any financial interest in getting players to keep depositing.

Juicy Stakes Poker (http://www.juicystakes.eu) is once again living up to its reputation as one of the best destinations for online poker tournament action by hosting another series of online satellite tournaments that will send champions to a major live tournament. This time, the winner will travel to Austria’s ‘Monte Carlo of the Alps’ to play in the prestigious €700,000 CAPT Velden European poker championship.

The ultimate €4,500 ($5,000) prize package for the three-tier tournament series beginning this week includes $500 in travel expenses, 5 nights accommodation plus €2500 + €200 buy-in to the Main Event at CAPT Velden, July 20 – 25, 2016.

CAPT Velden Online Satellite Tournament Schedule
Step 1 ($2 + $.20) March 23 – April 9, 2:00, 4:00, 20:00, 22:00 & 23:59 GMT
Step 2 ($10 + $1) March 24 – April 10, 2:00 GMT
Last Chance ($1.00 + $.10) April 10, 23:30 GMT
Final ($100 + $10) April 11, 1:00 GMT (8 pm EST)

Velden is a posh lakeside summer health resort with sports and outdoor activities like golf and hiking. With Casino Velden at its heart, it’s also known for its nightlife. CAPT Velden is one of the premiere events on the Casinos Austria Poker Tour and attracts professional and recreational players primarily from Austria, Germany and Italy.

“I’ve been pretty successful online and in local casinos,” said Tim O’Keefe who recently won his way to CAPT Seefeld. “It was quite an adventure playing in a big European tournament. I learned a lot -- Europeans sure play different than they do in Oklahoma! They took great care of us and I’m really grateful for the experience!”

The next group of Juicy Stakes online satellite winners is off to the Caribbean in April for TKPT St Maarten. Like the CAPT Seefeld team and the group that went to CPT Punta Cana before that, they’ll share their tournament experiences on the Living the Dream poker blog (http://www.live-dream-poker.com).

Until March 28th, $200 GTD Easter Freerolls continue every day at 2:15 pm EST and up to $1000 GTD tournaments continue every night at 8:15 pm EST. Juicy Stakes, one of the leading sites on the Horizon Poker Network, is also offering an up to $200 reload bonus this week.

Anyone play on here or withdraw from here? I saw extremely soft 1/2 and 3/6 games running but when I hovered over the players names none of them were in US so seemed sketchy to me. Seems like the software is similar to Lock Poker and I lost $5k on Lock when trying to withdraw.

I did see checks as an option to withdraw but I don't want any funny business going on especially when it reminds me of Lock.

Any feedback would be appreciated but from what I hear the top US card room to play on is ACR but their withdrawal options kind of suck.

They have their own support thread here:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...hread-1525348/

It's the same network as Lock but they have no association with Lock. They are associated with Intertops. It's a legitimate site. Juicy bought the skin from people who ran off with players' money and the new owners are trying to turn it around. They are trying to pay back the players who lost money from the previous owners out of their own pocket.
