Yes, once I edited the desktop icon to point to pokerclient.exe instead of the original .exe it worked again. Thanks.

As there have been no updates on either Intertops' or Juicy Stakes' poker clients lately I'm mystified as to why it stopped working to begin with. Microsoft's fault? Symantec's fault? Someone else?
At least there'll be a clue as to what to fix for the next time it fails.

Go into the folder where Juicy Stakes was installed and create a shortcut for the file "pokerclient.exe". Then you can cut/copy & paste it to the desktop.

Or, just edit the properties of the existing desktop icon to point to "pokerclient.exe" in the same folder instead of "JuicyPoker.exe".

We still don't have a definitive date for the bitcoin option, but should be sooner than later.

Withdrawals take 4 business day to be processed, we have been paying out our customers since taking over the site in 2013. To add Rakeback, you can send me a private message with your SN or contact Support to have it requested.

People were reporting this same problem in the Intertops thread, but some wise person decided to delete those posts. Can someone post the solution that was found to this issue?

Thanks.
The fix is to delete the old shortcut on your desktop

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Juicy Stakes 2.0

Locate the PokerClient.exe in your Juicy Stakes folder

Create a new one by right-clicking the PokerClient.exe

Select 'Send to" > desktop ( create shortcut )

Stay away from Juicy Stakes Poker!

Hi.

I started playing on this site April 2015.

I deposited $500 and started playing. Well there where nearly no games running - I only like playing fixed limit holdem, but I managed to get some action and I won $2000 from a guy.
Yes, I won and I was happy, but then I tried to cashout $1000. But was told I needed to rake $50 dollars to get a cashout - no one had told me this! And for months no one played flh on this site, and I could'nt rake - so I lost everything on blackjack.

A month ago I saw some action, so I deposited again(whish I did'nt) $500 more, and got some action, yes!!, but I lost it. Deposited $1000 more and went on a heater, winning over $10,000! I was thrilled!!

So then I tried to withdraw $1000 to my Neteller about two weeks ago, Juicy declined it!
Now I was told after a couple of e-mails that I needed to rake $200 to get a cashout! I had raked for $89.

I was not happy, but I had finally gotten some action from a player and maybe I could rake those last $111 in a couple of months, I thought.

Then suddenly when I log in the day after and was taking a seat to join two guys playing, I get a popup saying that I'm not allowed to play one of those players at that table!!

Sure mr Adam had banned me from playing him!! WTF! The only player who gives me any action there! How am I now gonna rake anything?

I write yet again to support expressing my concern, only to be told it is a upper management desicion, and nothing can be done.

I also contacted my affiliate, who was just as suprised as me for their awful behaviour, and he tried to talk to Adam. Adam didn't do anything, refusing to budge.

Instead, the next day, Adam had put me under a new restriction, to only play flh and NL games up to MAX 0,25-0,50!! I only play flh 10-20 to 50-100.

Meaning it will take me YEARS to rake $111. I'm not kidding!

Becasue of all this and Adam's way of denying people their own money, Rakemeback is no longer promoting this mafia site.

I gave Adam a chance to do things right, but he didn't even care to respond to my e-mail. I told him I would go public and show everybody his true face, and here you have it.

This is such a bad, bad case and a horrible way to treat a customer!

Stay away from this site, because if you win money, they'll do anything to stop you cashing out!

It's pretty standard to rake 10% it isn't hard, it may take you some time, but it costs loads of money for dealing with deposits and cashouts and why you will find this at any room. $50 isn't much.

Really two posts about the same thing stop crying. This is standard at about any poker room that is open to U.S. players (unregulated).

How are you going to play up to 50-100 on this network anyways?

What does that have to do with anything. He said he only plays up too. Not that he play that on this site. It bs that they can limit your play to suit what they think is right.

I can understand both parts of the equation. Juicy Stakes was taken over with barely any of the funds being secured after the Lock debacle, so it makes sense to implement some play through requirements. The available limits and action are limited, so I found it somewhat hilarious that he mentioned playing these stakes, as it's barely relevant for the network right now.

No it doesn't make sense to limit a players action. Maybe he has millions and loves their site. Than they pull this and now dude doesnt want to play there. Makes no sense. Sounds shady to me. Limit the winning players from winning.

You realize that I only commented on the play through (rake) requirement before being able to withdraw?

Honestly, raking $100-200 isn't much in the grand scheme of things. The site just doesn't want you hitting and running. Instead of thinking the site is "screwing you over", why don't you put in the time to start games and put in some substantial volume.

Your restrictions might be from concerns that chip dumping had taken place.

I have no idea why you would think that it would take years to rake $111. You should be able to rake that much in weeks at 50nl. For $10,000 it's worth putting in some hours. Just stay away from the blackjack tables.

For a scenario that could possibly justify plenty of outrage, there has been a lot of silence over the past four days. Unless of course not all details have been published.

New player to this site. Play 2/4 and above, have a hard time finding games. NL and PLO, does anyone know what times the 2/4 and above stakes usually pop off?

Can you withdraw via Cash Transfer via third party? I know some sites allow it and some don't, but these Cash Transfer sites flag certain people after receiving/sending X amount, and I happen to be one of those people.

You can get a free cash out if you rake a certain amount in a calendar month. I forget what those amounts are, but they are fairly recent in the thread.

Are gold chips going to be used for anything outside of tournaments? If not will there be more tournaments for gold chips, right now it's very limited.

They haven't really been used for anything else since introduction and the gold chip tournament selection has been pretty much the same as well.

Congratz Juicy remember all that hassle you gave an honest player about paying him his 8k? like it gonna break the bank to pay me out my 8k so you need me to play to some crazy number of FFPs for just 1k at a time. Have fun paying out all the regs i lost money too. You will have zero problem paying them out right but had to make sure i dont get the 8k. clowns

so lets see what you accomplished.
1. you lost a high raking player and game starter which will never play on your site again and will advise others not too(when if you just let me cash out no restrictions i would be playing often)
2. you will pay out his 8k anyways.
3.congratz on your smart decisions
