You have to convert the bonus to cash by wagering $105, in the casino

In this case, that is not a fee we can absorb, what I can suggest is you try the Western Union option in the future.

I was playing on Bovada at the same time and didn't have one issue with a disconnect the whole session.

Can you DM your Juicy details and I can look into it

Would play here if Bitcoin was accepted as deposit and withdrawal option!!

Checks and Western Union fee's you charge here are out of sight!!

Accept Bitcoin and I and others from US would play here - I get board with WPN Software and other smaller rooms that accept Bitcoin (for US players) have so little traffic.

Expecting no fees for withdrawals via common payment methods on non-regulated sites that still serve players from the US seems kind of naive.

Picking such a low amount to cash out when the fees are known and listed in the cashier is kind of silly, but each to their own.

We're experiencing some technical issues with the Rake race update, hoping to have this resolved and the updated sometime this week.

Hi Adam! Before I came to 2+2 site, I did not understand this e-mail today when I tried to withdraw:

Juicy Stakes Poker <poker@juicystakes.com>

8:32 AM (12 hours ago)

to me

Dear Alan,

I hope this finds you well and thank you for choosing Juicy stakes!

Unfortunately your pending withdrawal of $459.86 via Check has been declined. This is due to you not meeting the Net rake requirement that would qualify you to receive a cash-out.

I ask that you accumulate $242.12 in net rake before your next withdrawal.

Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me!

Best regards,

Nikki

Juicy Stakes Brand Coordinator

Now I do. I could have really used the money, but I understand now. I'm starting to play higher in order to try to push all that rake to you to get paid off. Wish me luck folks!

Alan Chiras; Key West.

Good news! A few questions:

1) Is the free cash out based on calendar month or based on the last withdraw (so could someone rake $100 by August 31st, get an $600 cash out, rake $100 again by Sept 7th and withdraw another $600 for free?)

2) Is the rake requirement also calendar month?

3) Is net rake based on rake paid, or rake paid - rakeback?

3) Is net rake based on rake paid, or rake paid - rakeback?- Net rake is Gross rake minus rakeback and any bonuses.

I thought the term net rake has been quite common knowledge these days, it always includes rake paid - (rakeback and other bonuses and fees).

Great! I think this was a good move.

Final question (for now ): Will a player have to send a request for a refund on the withdrawal fee, or will it automatically be free when a cashout is requested?

It will all be taken care of on our end, the customer will not have to request it

Hi first time poster,

I am having difficulty getting a straight answer from 24/7 live support team so I thought I might bring my question here. Are you saying that if I generate $40 in Net Rake, from the 1st of the month until the next few days, than there will be no fee on a check withdrawal of $250-$1000.

Thank you and sorry In advance if Im just missing the answer, I would just like to figure this out before the months end so I too can take advantage of the free cashout.
