Hey All,

Anyone had issues depositing on this site? I keep getting a random error unexplained by support and their only suggestion is to deposit less.

My experience with Juicey stakes! Scammed for money!

I have played regularly on Juicey stakes for a few months.
Suddenly When I tried to log in I got "Invalid login name or password" message. That was odd because pass and username are saved and I don't type them. But what can I do, I reset password and got confirmation email. But when I tried to log in I got same massage "Invalid login name or password".

So I sent email to support.

They didn't know what happened and what is reason for the issue.

So we go back and forth for few days.

Ofcourse I didn't use any softwares so I send many mails after that asking for explanation and proofs, but I was ignored.

So I sent mails to security@juicystakes.eu, but I am totaly ignored.

I don't know will this be resolved. So far doesn't look like that will happen.

So just to let you guys know what could happen on this site, and if somebody have similar experience please let us know.

Are you a cash game player? I've played alot of cash game on Juicy, and in the past months a few player disappeared but all of these players were marked as bots for me.(theres a topic about this on 2+2)

Can you share your screenname?

this site is a joke, about a year ago i went back to it and at first they said i couldnt play there cuz im from NY, then they said I was grandfathered in since I was a member since like 2009, then when i tried to cash out they said I wasnt allowed to be there cuz im from NY. bunch of thieves and support was no help at all, it was like they were acting like they were completed oblivious to even the simplest question I had. Their tactic of taking forever to respond and giving frustrating answers worked on me, will never touch that garbage site again

I would like to share my experience report with juicystakes here. I've been trying to verify my account for almost 3 months. Unfortunately, I still haven't succeeded in doing this.


On 06/22 I requested a small payout. On 06/23 I received an email to verify my account. There the driver's license and an utility bill were requested. I sent these two documents on the same day. Then there was no answer for 2 weeks. I now used the live chat. There I was told that I should take and send another photo with my passport in hand. I sent this directly.
I have verified over 50 accounts and these documents have been accepted everywhere so far. Then nothing came for a while. back in the live chat. i am supposed to take a new picture because my data is illegible.
OK no problem. I took a photo during the live chat and sent it directly. Again there was no answer by e-mail. I took part in this game 2 more times. On the 27/08 I made one last attempt. I was in the live chat and sent my documents again. The live chat confirmed that the e-mail had arrived and that I would be notified either by phone or e-mail. But nothing came. At the beginning of this week I was in live chat again. There I was told that they had not received an e-mail on August 27th. That was enough for me then.

i have sent over 15 e-mails with questions and documents to 4 different e-mail addresses, but not a single one was answered. But I get all marketing emails with various offers for your casino. i offered other communication tools. this was rejected or ignored by the live chat.

i have an old account at intertops. i never had any problems there. unfortunately for some time now you have not been allowed to play poker from my country at intertops. that's why i took juicystakes poker, as they haven't read anything negative lately. I like the software and it's fast, the tables are good and the rakeback is very good too. I had a little more time to play poker because of the corona. I used to be an active member of ps.de.

it was clearly my mistake. I have to verify my account before i deposit. But then they would probably have found another reason not to have to cash out. But it is a very small amount. That's why I'm even more surprised.

does someone have an address, an e-mail address or a homepage from the horizon poker network? I haven't found anything yet.

I've successfully deposited and withdrawn on JS before. Suddenly they're asking me for more account verification documents. They're asking me to sign a credit card authorization form authorizing any and all persons to use my credit card to fund my account. Any idea why on earth this would be necessary when I'm trying to withdraw money? Thanks.

update:

My account has now been verified. I received my first payout on December 18th.

I only wanted to write when there was something new. I just sent a photo with an ID every month. Seems to have worked. But still no e-mail has been answered until now.

JuicyStakes stole my balance.

I had $1k in my account that is now gone. No emails warning me to log in, or notification that my funds were about to be seized, nothing. They just stole my money and now they won't respond to my emails. The really annoying thing is that I could not get my US based bank to approve a deposit for more than $100 after Black Friday, meaning I had to grind up my bankroll from basically nothing. It took a long time just to get to a balance of 1k.

I don't recommend this scummy website to anyone.

1st, I am not defending this process or site. I had the same thing happen to me ~2 years ago. I did get a response after a while. I was able to get about $600 restored. They made me agree to:

So... In practical terms, I cannot make a withdrawal. Thugs. I would not recommend starting on this site either.

Wow, that actually worked. I'm glad you told me not to give up.

It was insanely difficult because my messages weren't even being delivered. I eventually realized my emails were not getting through because they email you from their dot com address and when you try to return their messages, they bounce back. They can only receive mail at their dot eu website settings. Boy, talk about a pain in the ass.

As for withdrawal, that is probably going to require a lot of grinding and bartering with support.

God, I miss being able to play on PokerStars.

i signed up with Juicy Stakes on a 36% rakback deal.
Rakeback was paid weekly (mostly) until about a month ago.

It has suddenly stopped and the support email address gives an error saying not received.

What's going on? Surely it's not hard to simply honour the deal that was made.

So I've been playing on this site for a while. I get rakeback here. I just requested a cashout and noticed that theres a FIFTY DOLLAR FEE !

The only way around it is to cash out to BitCoin, BUT you can only do that if you DEPOSITED via BitCoin.

So, a minimum cash out amount of $ 250 AND a $50 fee to get a check mailed to you. I guess it pays to read the fine print before you play. Outrageous. I mean, at least offer a few free cashouts/year.

I had my account over 22K and go to withdraw and they asked me to send documents which I did and they said I didn't pass their security filters and closed my account and stole all the money i won playing poker and blackjack
