Yesterday, when I requested a playing history audit (on the .com licence), it had the 'Coins' column already instead of the FPP one (which is totally fine, of course, as it's just an info file with no monetary implications), though I still have FPPs and they haven't been converted into Coins.

Looks like this is simply a visual/programming update that doesn't have any actual monetary implications YET. Here was the clarification I received on twitter:

Just to provide a bit more detail to what Michael Josem confirmed on Twitter, StarsCoin are beginning to appear in the PokerStars client this week. However, the FPPs to StarsCoin conversion still takes place at midnight ET December 31 at a 1.2 StarsCoin per FPP rate for shared liquidity markets.

Targeted news popups are displayed in the client explaining to players this transition coordinated with when StarsCoin begin to appear for each license.

Here's when you can expect to see StarsCoin in your client, depending on which license you fall under:

Live now: BG, DE-SH, EE, DK, ES, and UK
Today: IT and BE
December 16th – EU and FR
December 17th - COM

Yes, FPPs are still in use until the end of the year - that has not changed.

StarsCoin appearing in a few places is just an inadvertent graphic issue as we have been making changes to the client in preparation for the switch to the VIP Steps program in January.

So my fpps will be labelled starscoins on December 17th (.com) and then on December 31st my starscoins will be converted into starscoins at a rate of 1.2 starscoins per starscoin?
