FWIW, this guy was trying to use me to transfer stolen money over to his "safe" accounts. I currently have $475 of his and was directed to this thread in my investigation about him. I obviously have no intention of giving it to him. I plan on donating it to some sort of charity, likely Save Darfur.

This thread makes my head hurt. I cannot believe that stars and tilt have not significantly restricted p2p transfers yet. The *******s always ruin it for the rest of us.

I hate to say it, but when he just appeared, I knew this is how it was going to end up, So I TOLD YOU SO.

For what it's worth I think he transfers with reputable people and actually sends first and it's legit etc. which is why he contacted me and why I did a previous transfer with him. He uses those transactions to build a reputation so he can later get people to send to him first and scam them. I got suspicious the 2nd time when he said he needed to send from someone else's account because his account was locked or something. A simple Google search of some of his information pointed me to several threads which made it pretty obvious that he is a scammer.

I also think that he uses reputable people to move his money over to FTP where he can cash it out. He is very urgent when trying to transfer with people like me at least and will offer good VIG if you take his money. He is doing this so he can move the money into a safe account before the scamming account gets locked, as far as I can tell.

Bumping to inform the public that Matthew Matsch, aka Jimbo Crushstar, aka countless other aliases, has been charged with two felonies and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb 9. I am involved as a witness and will try to keep this updated.

I know someone first hand that I worked with (trying to nail his scammer)that would really like to know what he can do with his scammer. I have his name, and phone number FWIW (the scammers)

Sentencing will be in October. The District Attorney is recommending 8 years (3 in prison, 5 in some sort of extended watch program).
