i wanted to play on william hill so i did deposit there. after that i send my documents for verfication.(deposit seems no problem for them, verification comes afterwards lol what a joke)

they just told me they coulnt verify my documents. i had no nerves to resend all documents and told them to please withdraw my money back to my mastercard which till today the did not do. they stole my money. be aware of that! its not the first experience with ipoker. some years ago they just did close my account (and a few others too) with no message other than "management decission" the site itself was not even aware or able to tell why.

be aware your money is absolutely not safe on ipoker..worst site and network ever

Odds that William Hill steals your money is basically zero.

Send docs, every site requires this, or deal with Mastercard directly.

i did send it several times. they told me to resend which i did.. upt to they point where i really had no nerves anymore...also they not even told me what problem there should be with my documents...never had problems on other sites.

so logically i told them to withdraw my money back on my mastercard. they dont got the right to hold back my money. depositing is not problem but verifiication comes later what a joke sorry

I don't quite follow what you mean, could you elaborate?

they closed my account some years ago with no other explanation other than "management decission". i know of other players which experienced the same ....also the money was never refunded back. it was from ipoker management which means not even the sites (it was titan in my case ) was informed they were not able to tell me more about what happend.

This issue is not uncommon. I have heard of a handful of players that had accounts closed in the past and decided to reopen them. I cannot understand the thinking behind this. The site said we don't want you, in nicer words. I also know sites do not just close accounts for fun.

If there was some sort of violation of their TOS, then when you opened the new account, your details set off red flags. They asked you to verify to confirm same person. There are procedures to file a complaint with William Hill, use them. They are part of a massive company. They are publicly traded, registered with UK Gaming, and in the process of being taken over by Caeser's for almost 3 billion. Of all the possible scenarios here, their stealing your money, or anyone's, is not one of them.

1.) they told no real reason just nothing at all...

2.) why they let me deposit and after that they decline my verification?? and even worse why are they taking my money instead of withdraw it back to my mastercard?

All I know is that they are not in the business of stealing player funds. My guess is your past has something to do with this.

Their website lists steps for dispute resolution. Follow them. Keep in mind, online CS is staffed by potatoes for the moat part

I don't think many, if any, poker sites check players' credentials before they allow them to deposit. Presumably this is because very few of the players that eventually progress to making a withdrawal don't pass their verification checks, and it's not worth the effort and hassle of delaying 100 players when only 1 will throw up a problem.

They're not taking your money. To meet their legal requirements, they simply need you to provide certain evidence that you are honest and identifiable before they refund your money, (although they may insist you play some raked hands, which was your original intention, as they have costs to meet in receiving and paying out your money).

If you have no passport, or driving licence, or tenancy agreement, or whatever it is they are requesting, ask them what else they will accept, instead.

On any poker site,a withdrawal thru Mastercard isnt an option.You can only deposit via Mastercard,but never withdrawal.You can open a skrill/neteller whatever and try to withdrawal using one of those options.Or maybe direct transfer to your bank account
P.S: If you deposit money on skrill account using a mastercard,you cannot deposit on a gambling site

Yeah, something isn't sitting right here. If iPoker closed your account and confiscated your money, why on earth would you deposit there again? I can think of only two reasons:

1) You know what the problem was (something that you did), and were hoping to get back on the network anyway.
2) You hate money.

Is it a credit card? You're not allowed to use them to gamble in uk.

This is the same with 99.5% of the sites. They don't verify your account unless you ask it yourself before depositing. And this sounds so shady : i had no nerves to resend all documents Your docs are fake and you were too nervous to resend them? Wh is one of the oldest biggest sites so there is 0% they are stealing your money. If this was redstar it might be the case but not now.

If it's a credit card, no (most reputable sites/countries wouldn't allow this as a deposit option). If it's a debit card, fine. To/from debit card is the only thing I've used to move money in over a decade

On PS you cannot withdraw to a Mastercard,even if it's a credit card or debit card
I have this situation the same when i deposit via mastercard on my skrill account(i cant deposit after on gambling sites)
