Thinking of signing up for this site:

1. Haven't deposited on Lock, don't even know if have rake back. Is the Intertops client software the same as the new Lock Client, or are we on the Cake 1.0 vs. 2.0 scenario? Is there a vault? Does anyone have problems accessing the Cashier on Windows?

2. When is rakeback paid? I have an affiliate with Carbon I can use for this.

3. If I haven't deposited, am I still good to go to sign up with Intertops as Rakeback player (since my status on Lock is up in the air, affiliate can't even get a response).

4. Agree with d3 facto, shouldn't post details about the cards.

5. Anyone have problems with missing money when get up from tables, bonuses loaded into casino vs. poker client, etc.?

6. Is VIP status viewable through any admins or whatever? Again, is Intertops using the EXACT SAME SOFTWARE as Lock? And if so - how are they overcoming the problems, and if not - how will the integration of new software work? Anyone have problems with HEM1?

Thanks for any info you can give, I'm just not liking Lock so much - even though its the flag ship for Revolution.

I played on intertops before it was on the revolution network. I still have an account and it's verified and everything as far as I know. I even remember getting my "daily limits" raised. I had rakeback at 33%. Will this be automatically bumped up to the network limit or whatever? Sorry if this has been asked before.

And where are the player to player transfers? in the cashier? in the account page? There's so much to look at.

1. I am not that familiar with Lock. AFAIK the software is the same=Cake 2.0. I don't know what the vault is. No problems accessing cashier.

2. RB is paid daily in $10 increments. If you earn $17 RB you will be paid $10 and have a $7 balance. So if you earn $13 the next day you will be paid $20.

3. Support is good. For RB issues you should contact the rep ITT. They are not here everyday but they will get back to you.

5. Those issues seem to be Lock cashier related.

6. VIP status is RB and is viewable in the cashier. It is possible they may add a VIP option. It is the same software but it seems that Lock had some issues integrating it into their systems. Their was no change of software for Intertops when it became Revolution. Lock is promising to upgrade the software "soon".

Some people have had problems with HEM1 but I have not.

Intertops' cashier is separate. Their withdrawals are quicker, they have more options and have higher withdrawal limits. The fees are higher but I find it worth it.

Also, lately when i try to register for sng's i have to click the check box and the register button often multiple times before they work. It would be nice if this could be fixed as well. I think this just started happening recently?

And thanks for getting back to me about my pm

Hi

If you deposit with Neteller and then want to withdraw with Neteller you will have to send us a copy of your id (front and back), a screenshot of your Neteller account and a utility bill no older than 3 months.

Withdrawals should take up to 48 hours. Not available to US and Canada.

Best regards,

4. First-deposit bonuses accrue at a rate that equates to 18% additional rakeback for 6max action and 27% for 9max action. This assumes full tables and that you have rakeback. Tourney players accrue at a rate that equates to 21% additional rakeback. Rakeback players accrue the bonus at half the rate of non-rakeback players, so the rates above would be double if you are a non-rakeback player.

http://poker.intertops.eu/en/promotions/

I believe the accrual rate in the link above is for non-rakeback players, so you would need to halve it if you have rakeback.

Hi

The rakeback was bumped up some time ago from 33 to 36.

To find the User2User transfer you log-in at: www.intertops.eu and go to the cashier. In the cashier you click payout and as the third option you should see User2User transfer if your account is enabled.

Hi

All skins use the same software on Revolution.

Rakeback is paid daily to your Intertops account

If you do not have a rakeback deal on the network you are good to sign-up for a rakeback deal with Intertops. If you have rakeback on an older account you need to be inactive (not even logged in) for the last 90 days on that account to be able to sign-up for a rakeback deal with another skin.

Best regards,

The Intertops Poker Team

Serge,

If you ask for a payout Via Debit it take you to an email link where you ask for the card. I has some questions for them. What I posted was there answers.

I hear you. I wanted to do this also. Look at the math:

Check cost $50 x modest 10 times a year your looking at $500.

Debit would have only been $131 a year if there were no other fees.

Now with fees:

Card $35, Monthly maintenance fee $8 = $96 for year. Intertops (Merchant) $10 fee per transfer to card at modest X 10 a year = $100 and then a $4 fee per atm withdraw at a modest 20 X for atm withdraws = another $80 and finally they get 1.15% per withdraw at $500 per that's $5.75 x 20 which = $115. For a grand total of $426 a year. Of course the volume of your withdraws is everything here. I still will probably do it just for the easy access.

It's such a joke that it took a week of promised research into my question to get back to me with 0 new information, simply regurgitating my questions in a few sentences back to me. Once again, I am incredibly disappointed with Intertops Support.

I e-mailed Intertops Support and got the same answer as I did from Live Help on their website - no hidden fees besides the initial $35 fee and then $8 monthly. I forwarded a copy of your initial post to them asking to either deny or confirm the information in it. Let's see what they say I guess.

Sirmix's information comes directly from the payments dept and is identical to what I received. I'm confident that it is correct. I would not recommend going to live chat or general support for questions about the debit card or other payment inquiries. Email the Intertops payment dept. for that.

Thank you for responding. I got player to player transfers activated last night.

Support said I have a limit of 100 dollars/week. That seems extremely low to me. While I don't plan on moving a lot of money around every week a limit of 1k or even 500/week would work.

Is there any way to get this limit per week raised or is this the limit for everyone?

Honestly, this thread and the information I've gotten from 2+2 posters has by far exceeded the truth and usefulness of any info provided to me by various levels of Intertops support. Thank you!

If live chat or general support does not know the answer then why are the giving an answer. When they cannot accurately answer a question they should be forwarding it to someone who can answer it.

When you go to the cashier there is a "Live Support" button. Are we not supposed to use this for questions regarding the cashier?

Is this a different live support?

You should be able to create an account on other skins of the Revolution network without any problems, but keep in mind you can only have one active rakeback account on the network itself.
