The reload bonus should have a 3 month clearing period. Anyone that does have that can PM me and I will have a look at this and correct it at the beginning of next week. You will not loose out on any time.

Thanks for the replies. It's good to see you back on here. I do agree that Intertops online chat may not know every forum your on if your are indeed on more forums then this but it is surprising their info is different then yours and that they actually call Peter the manager. I'm guessing there is some people down the line that don't really know the chain of command so to speak. Regardless from my posts you can see I'm pro Intertops but the support definitely needs better communication between itself. It's great for the players on the Intertops site for online chat as well as phone and sometimes on here but there is to many people saying different things. I will again blame the recent merger for some of the problems with communication but the people in charge of having the bonus days at 30 not 90 screwed up there.
The addition of saying we can play in the Opps series later this year is not what the "official Lock" rep said on a different post. Can you conform this?

Also to answer you other post yes the advertisement for the reload bonus is missing many things like days to clear, stack-able, etc.

Thank you for clarifying the it is 90 days. I will go ahead and deposit now as well as report my latest cash out.

If possible would you PM the deposit code. I want to mention that in case there are any problems.

The link you provided is for the Welcome bonus and not the Reload bonus that I used. The Welcome bonus page does give the clearing rate and mentions that it is stackable but does not mention how long you have to clear it. The Reload bonus page does not give the clearing rate, does not mention how long you have to clear it nor mention that it is stackable.

No, as long as you have an account. They were blocking new signups from some states but I do not know if that has changed or will change with Lock taking over the network.

I just downloaded your client to check it out before I deposited money. I selected Auto Log in because I was playing around with play money and didn't want to bother entering a password every time. Now that I want to play with real money I want to turn auto sign in off. I have no idea how to log out and not auto sign in.

I used chat support and was told to uninstall and reinstall the program. That doesn't work and when i told her that she said she doesn't know what to do and was sorry. I am running vista.

I probably just an idiot and can't find the sign out button but it makes me worry about support if they don't know how to log out either. I was also wondering what the email address is to get rakeback?

The auto log in is listed under Game Options, basically you just click on "Options" in the upper navigation bar and the first tab is "Game Options" - Below the time format is a little check box with Auto Login, just untick it.

Hey I was wondering, With all the problems going on with Lock does intertops have the same problems? I was planning on starting on lock but with all the existing bugs and problems I want to try another skin. Intertops is fine and doesnt have problems rite?

Which problems are you referring to? Money doesn't disappear, rakeback payments also work automatically and they have been on the network for quite some time already + offer probably one of the fastest withdrawals for US customers these days.

I'm thinking about depositing on Intertops but I have a few questions.

1. If I deposit with Neteller, do I have to send in a load of documents for verification? If so, what? (I don't own a credit card)
2. What is the cashout time for Neteller?
3. Is the rakeback paid hourly or is that just Lock?
4. How fast does the FDB clear in terms of rakeback %? Also long do I have to clear it?
