The SNG lobby delay has gotten really bad lately. I can register for one and wait several minutes before ever seeing my name (or anyone else's) appear. This used to happen once in a while, but in the last week it happens on every SNG for me.

I have played on the site for over a month and want to transfer funds to another player. They are saying I need to wait 2 months total which is unreal imo. Is there a rep that can help me fix this earlier? I hate to sit with dormant funds for a month bc of something like this.
Also is there a similar rule on the new revolution software? How will the change affect the status of this rule?

Can't really say it got much worse, the lag is usually between 15 and 30 seconds though on my end.

That also used to happen for the Playtech software on iPoker, the casino part was considered as virus ... which may even be correct for your bankroll in the long run

Happens on many occasions with some poker/gambling software updates depending on Anti-Virus you are using.

I have an account at intertops. I played only sngs there many months ago but quit because there was nothing but low stakes sngs that ran and then withdrew.

Would this move mean there is going to be much much more volume on the revolution network? So this network will have the lock, cake and intertops players and those other small skins? Intertops has double up sngs when i played them but problem is it was low stakes and never much tables. Does this mean there will be no double up sngs once revolution takes place? Also, i assume there would be an enormous amount of increase in players since i know there was a ton of players from lock poker? I'm thinking having the entire lock poker players into the cake/intertops network would probably make them even larger than the merge network?

Also, that means starting June 1st when i open intertops software, it will show revolution network or will it show just intertops?

I expect no one knows, or will be willing to reveal yet, the answers to many of your questions about the changes until they're closer to completion.

As for Lock players, no one can say for sure, but I think you can be reasonably confident that Revolution isn't going to have the same number of players as now plus every single player on Lock. First of all, some Lock players will already have Intertops and/or Cake accounts. Secondly, there will be players that want to play on Merge, so they'll change skins instead. But likely there will be a decent influx of players.

Has anyone been experiencing any delays in checks recently? I requested a check on the 10th, it was processed on the 15th, and has yet to be delivered. I'm only curious because all of my previous checks were processed and delivered in exactly one week each time.

Apologies if this has already been answered, but is Intertops going to be keeping its existed rakeback + FPP race setup, or will it be adopting a VIP system more in line with Lock Poker? Will it be possible to hit the 50%+ equivalent rakeback that will be possible on Lock for high volume players?

All I know for sure right now is that Intertops is going to 36% rakeback from the existing 33%. Initial comments seem to indicate that they will be keeping their basic FPP rake race structure for now, but perhaps they will sweeten it a bit in June considering Lock is running the Ronin promo (hint, Intertops--this is a subtle hint!).

I'm speculating that they may roll out a VIP scheme at some point, but this could be undecided at this point and will take some time regardless.

I think if you are cracking top ten in the Intertops rake chase each week you are very likely to be getting in the neighborhood of 50% rakeback.

It's paid daily at 11AM Pacific Standard Time in $10 increments.

To check to make sure your account is set to rakeback, you can do the following:

Log into the poker client and click on the Cashier. Then click on "My Profile" (third button from the left).
On the pop-up page that appears you will see three folders 'Balances', 'Bonus Details' and 'Account Details'. Just below 'Balances' you will be able to see 'Vip Status' if your account is set to rakeback. Press 'Vip Status' and you will be able to see your rakeback details.

I'm wondering, if you don't get to the $10 mark before the rakeback resets at the end of the week is the amount under $10 lost? I don't think I've ever received a rakeback payment because I never get to the $10 point before the end of the week.

Follow my instructions in post #1263 to make sure you are accruing rakeback. The $10 should not be lost if you don't earn that much in rakeback in a week or any period of time, for that matter.

I recently created an account on intertops and have been playing there regularly. I play and trade daily and for that reason I would like to be able to transfer. Can anyone help me get my account eligible to send transfers? I have already sent in my documents and everything is ok there, i just cant transfer.

Just wanted to say thanks for the help on this. I must say that i wish id signed up on intertops sooner. The support is great and im about to actually get a check for the first time since black friday.

I do have one more request that would be extremely helpful if it could get resolved. The 200 dollar transfer limit is just silly. Can anyone help me get my transfer limit increased please! I dont need to transfer thousands a day, but there could be days where id like to send out 500 or 1k.

Can this be accommodated? Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a joke?

I deposit £100 as a new player and enter a rebuy tournament. But I'm not allowed to rebuy or add-on because there is a secret limit of $20 per day which I had no realistic way of finding out about until after I tried to addon? I honestly think that is the most ridiculous thing I've seen in the history of internet poker and I've seen some pretty ****ing pathetic things in my time.

My god and you need to send in like twenty things to cash out once you figure out you got scammed by the 'poker limit'? JOKE
