Ok guys so here is my story. I've made a withdrawal for 2,000$ via bitcoin. Took them more than a week and I got the equivalent of 1586$ on my wallet. When I wrote them they've told me as if it's not their fault that bitcoin price dropped down. So I've told them for 0.10946btc to be the equivalent of 2,000$ bitcoin price must be 18,271$, and the last time bitcoin price was so high was 3 days ago, on 19 of december 2017. Meanwhile the transaction was made on december 22 2017, they've sent me the bitcoin when it's price was around 14k, you can clearly see it on the blockchain. Here is their response :
Thank you very much for your Email.
We are sorry that you feel this way however we do not have any influence on the fluctuation of the Bitcoin price.
We processed the requested $2,000 as a pay-out from your account on the 20th December and they were converted to BTC 0.109 according to the conversion rate by the time of processing.

This is ridiculous, since I know I have withdrawed 2000$. 1 hour after the money were on my wallet I see 1500$. It took maybe 3 hours for the transaction to get all verification and get from their wallet to my wallet. And they wanna tell me that during 4 hours bitcoin price went from 18,000$ to 14,000$???? And if you say that you started to proceed my transaction on the 20 december then you had to send me the bitcoins on the 20 december, you can't just decide on the 20 of december the amount of bitcoins you have to send and 3 days after price goes down send the bitcoin.......It's not correct, you either send me the same day, or after completing the processing you reevaluate the bitcoin price and convertion ratio. Where I am being wrong?
