The poker client crashed for me around 9:30 am central time in the U.S. so it has been 4 hours now. I also noticed that Pokerscout is showing the site data as not being current. Hopefully it is back up soon...

Anyone know the expected time-frame for a bitcoin cashout? I tried cashing out for the first time on this site.. sent in docs to get account verified, been processing for close to 4 days now.

What's the deal with the $1000 GTD Sunday Special? There is still a satellite for it running but no tournament?

I spoke to support last week and they said it was going to run this week but it's not even in the lobby?

Hi, the $1K GTD Sunday Special has been stopped. Therefore we have now the "Sunday Sundowner" with a cheaper buy-in but the same structure the $1K GTD had ... satties have been adjusted and will now run for the Sunday Sundowner ... and this Sunday we have an increased GTD amount of $3,000 to win!

Best,
ITPK

Hi,

we have now 4 daily with $25 GTD and tickets to win and in addition one $100 during the week that should fit for your time zone, eg "Grand Central" on Monday nights EST ... and we have 2 daily $50 GTD on Sat\Sun ...

Best,
ITPK

Anyone done a successful cashout via bitcoin in the last week on tops? I requested one last monday. Tops cashier showed pending while they process, stated it would take a few days in the withdraw process which I expected. I checked on thursday and cashier now showed completed but no btc in my wallet. I sent an email and have gotten no response. Did a support chat and wanted to hang myself. Now I would not be surprised to find out that there were delays with btc cashout last week but a straight answer would be nice. Any ideas anyone?

I did another support chat in regards to my bitcoin cashout. Per their support the cashout was processed and sent but there is a problem with the bitcoin network causing a delay before I receive (LOL not sure what moron in management decided this would be the company line). Of course they couldn't provide me the address they sent to or from or any information for me to lookup. No transactions whatsoever have been sent to the address I provided for cashout so they are straight lying about whatever is causing the delay in getting me my btc.

In this same time frame I have done bitcoin cashout from 3 other sites. No other site took more than 72 hours to process my cashout and send me the bitcoin.

Basically don't play on intertops if you want to use bitcoin cashout b/c they clearly don't know how to process them in a timely manner and when you ask what gives they give you the run around an lie to you. This certainly isn't a large amount I'm dealing with and isn't about that, its more about the incompetence of support and annoyance of being lied to.

Bitcoin's mempool was extremely backed up in recent weeks. Causing $15+ transaction fees, huge delays, all sorts of ****. https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions
Rules of thumb:

< 40k transactions = fast and cheap
> 40k <100k = hit or miss
> 100k = expensive and slow

Kahn --

Every time I have ever had a transaction get delayed waiting for confirmation, etc. I have at least been able to see it pending in my wallet. For this I have nothing. Blockchain.info shows no transactions confirmed or unconfirmed for my receive address. I'm not a bitcoin expert but it appears to me that no attempt to send the btc has been made on their end. Intertops has not been able to provide me with any information to actually prove they have sent the btc. Instead they give me a line about delays with transactions confirming -- this is all fine and good and happens but you can't use that as the company line when you aren't sending the btc to begin with. Everytime I do a support chat I get a different answer. I got yet another answer in an email today. I am about to do another chat (I was told last night in one it was "scheduled" for today -- whatever the hell that means) and I'm sure I'll get yet another answer today.

Here's a question for you Kahn -- If this was all due to problems with transaction confirmation/delays then how did the other sites process my bitcoin withdrawal without any issues and intertops cannot?

Bottom line -- intertops is incompetent when it comes to bitcoin cashout. They clearly need to get a different processor.

In case you hadn't noticed, Bitcoin is a pretty crappy way to pay for things or get paid for things. It's not Intertops' fault. I have had issues where I try to send Bitcoin to an offshore site and 48 hours go by with zero confirmations. Bitcoin is fine for trying to make money through speculation, but as a practical payment method it is very flawed at this point.

The issue here isn't bitcoin's viability as a payment option. I have used it for poker cashouts and to pay for a few things with almost no problems (and the ones I've had were self-inflicted) over the last 3-4 years. Does it have some annoying flaws? Yes for sure, but it has been perfect for cashing out from poker sites as US player.

The issue here is intertops incompetence. They say the cashout is processed in the cashier but when I have contacted support I have gotten stories ranging from bitcoin transaction delays, that it hasn't been sent yet but was scheduled for each of the last two days, and now today I got an email back that the issue is "out of their hands" and has been escalated to management. Every other site I play on has this down pat and the btc is in my wallet in < 72 hrs. So rather than blame bitcoin's flaws as a payment system I'm going to blame intertops.

So again last night I did another chat and was told that the btc was sent yesterday. The agent could not provide me the address it was sent from. Then this morning I got an email that due to technical issues my withdrawal has been canceled. Clearly they don't have a clue what the problem is or was. At least this gives me a chance to try and cashout my whole balance now. Sites that can't handle bitcoin cashout are useless to me.

I agree this looks bad. In Tops' defense I will say that I have done multiple Bitcoin cashouts with them in the past year and never had a problem. I hope this gets sorted out for you.

I requested another cashout on the 14th, this time for my complete balance. It shows processed in their cashier today. I will give it a couple days to see if the btc shows in my wallet (even though I should be able to see the transaction pending now it it had really been sent). I am not filled with confidence.

Does anybody has problems loading the software? It just won't launch.

Nevermind, it did launch after reinstalling and several unsuccessful attempts.

I'm in the same boat, fwiw never had a problem with Bitcoin withdrawals before on Intertops. Did not receive confirmation email this time like all the others even though money was taken from my account. Not a good sign that the Bitcoin withdrawal option is gone from cashier at present.

Intertops Rep., can we get an update?

I dont think they have a rep here anymore? Its been two days and still nothing. I did email them and got a response that the payment is with their processor and that they will email me when sent. Still doesn't look good and especially if bitcoin is now gone as a withdrawal option. I expect this one will end up being cancelled as well and then I will have cash out using a method that is more of a pain for myself.

Meanwhile I have done another btc withdrawal from another site and received it in under 48 hrs. I include this for those that think this is a bitcoin problem when clearly it is intertops/their processor.

about Bitcoin withdrawals, according to Jaheel a live rep.

"Bitcoin is temporarily disabled due to technical issues on Bitcoin's end with the processors"

when asked if it will return...

"We are unable to guarantee anything at the moment. It should once the matter is resolved on Bitcoin's end"

You only have to look one post up from the first one you made about your withdrawal issues to find the rep.
