No, I'm not. One doesn't have to scroll back to the beginning, but just a few more posts, to see that he isn't the only one experiencing the virus warning issue. But that's got little to do with what I was saying.

abgail who said I could do a cash out just declined my cashout and said i didn't fill rake requirements. She was the one that emailed me last night saying I could do a cash out and now she just declined it. Now they refuse to tell me they will approve it I guess overriding wanting my phone number and now calling me. This is very strange. I thought your the manager. I don't know why they are giving me a big hassel about it. This was confirmed by you and one of their poker agents by email last night. I copy and pasted it to them and they want to call me now. So now I am waiting for them to call me even though I provided all the info confirming that this withdrawal was allowed.

so with the anti virus issues with the poker client, is it okay to just play through the website/html? Or is that an issue as well?

They sound like they are confused. I have another withdrawal request up. I guess they want you and management to talk tomorrow to confirm the withdrawal. geez

is this the correct response from your 'support team'? the one YOU anticipated after you communicated the above to your 'support team'. (which i also copy and pasted as well as referenced the link in my email.)

We would like to inform you that our poker software has no danger for your computer and it is totally secure to have it installed.

Please turn off your antivirus at least long enough to download and install the Poker Client. Also, please do the following:

Whenever you download the Poker application it is always important to ensure that you add the Poker application as an exception or “Trusted” application to your Firewall or other Security Software.

In most cases you will be prompted to do this by the security software itself. However, you may be required to manually make the adjustment by opening the settings of your anti virus program.

This is still a MAJOR problem. There should be a time limit on sit-outs, and if there is already, it needs to be shortened.

I don't think they are sitting out I think they leave the table and it shows them sitting out.
