Guys, thanks for the input! At Intertops Poker we rarely use pop-up messages, but we know that the network uses them a lot. We will forward your concerns and hope that they will decrease the number of these messages!

The network has had some major technical updates over the last months and we know that unfortunately some clients have had issues regarding their antivirus software.

The only advice we can give is to temporarily disable your antivirus software, download the poker application and run it once after installation. Afterwards you can reactivate your antivirus software and you shouldn't experience any further issues.

Thank you Chris. I didn't mean to suggest that this was Intertops fault - I know the software is designed by the network.

Please pass on to them that the frequency of pop ups is not the issue. The issue is that the pop ups remove focus from the table and force you to dismiss the pop up before you can do anything on the table. This can cause timing out problems. If I am just almost out of time and a pop up comes through, by the time I have gone over to the main client window to dismiss the pop up it could cause me to time out on the table. I don't care how often they pop up dialog boxes on the main client, but they should not require dismissal before you can do anything else.

Hi, our network provider has been informed. Please keep an eye on this issue and let me know if you experience any kind of change over the next days/week. Thanks again for your input and good luck at the tables!

I can't run the intertops poker client, because Macfee had detected a trojan in the intertops.exe file and deleted it

Definitely down. You can get into the client with no problems but you can't open any tables. It just hangs up forever.

I'd just like to chime in and agree with this post. So far in my experience with Intertops I've found that:
- customer support is really good
- the software isn't too bad either
- tournament structure and guarantees are really reasonable too
- oh briefly played some cash games and had no complaint

But, the payouts are way too tight around the top for tournaments. Pretty sure I sure the sundowner today that had 58 entries (maybe 48) and only paid the top 4. Like I play a few tournaments on Intertops, but I would be willing to play so many more if the payouts paid a few more places than they currently do.

Also, I wish there were a few more satellites to the sundowner every day (maybe even SNG versions or something), because it is actually a really cool daily flagship tournament and I very much like Intertops thus far.
