Actually, they haven't been, but I notice you've completely ignored this fact that was brought up. The Intertops rep said you had been refunded before, which you denied. Yet you had a few posts before about another situation, and that you were refunded a buy-in. Care to explain?

Yes, that seems to be the biggest issue here. You have absolutely no clue how you're coming across to everyone. I've tried to explain it to you a number of times, but I don't think it's ever going to get through.

Of course they have, as is the case with other networks. However, no one seems to have the problems that you do.

It's not BS at all, it's true. If you can't start posting with a little more common sense and a little less unfounded accusations and name-calling, you will be banned.

No, I'm telling you to act like a rational human being. That would mean not posting that you've never received a buy-in refund before when you have. Not calling people names. Not starting new threads minutes after your old one was locked, or when you know there is an existing thread your post belongs in.

My last post was to show the pattern you have when posting here, in the hopes that you might recognize the pattern and stop.

As soon as you start acting like one.

So once again, absolutely no chance whatsoever there could be anything wrong on your end? Did you read my post about how the software might show action on your computer before relaying it to the server?

$500 reload bonus available this weekend

19 January 2012 (St. Johns, Antigua) – Intertops Poker has made some changes to its Intertops Freeroll Tourneys schedule to make them more convenient for players. Twice a day, ‘Intertops Freeroll Tourneys’ give online poker players the chance to get a ticket to one of three bigger Intertops Tournaments.

This weekend is also a Reload Bonus weekend. The fifteen-year-old poker site will double players’ deposits up to $500 January 21 – 24 (only). Players taking advantage of this offer will also be invited to play in a special freeroll tournament early next month.

As an additional bonus, players who deposit from Saturday through Tuesday will also receive a ticket to the $1,000 Depositor Freeroll to be held on February 5th at 10:00 pm GMT.

To claim their reload bonus, players just enter the reload code “refill2012” after they make a deposit. Bonuses will be immediately tagged to players’ accounts and tournament tickets will be issued automatically. Rakeback players will not be eligible for the reload bonus.

Freeroll Tournament details are available at http://poker.intertops.eu/en/promotions/#item_1408 and information on this weekend’s $500 Reload Bonus can be found at http://poker.intertops.eu/en/promotions/#item_1252.

More issues with Intertops software.

What is wrong with this picture?

Action on the turn was:
SB bets 200
Hero calls 200
Button raises to 3600

It comes back to me and my only options are fold and call. Where is my option to raise?

Just joined a few days ago, so far so good, but there seems to be one bug in the software I've noticed so far. Specifically, my balance as displayed under Cashier->Balance is different from my balance as displayed under Account->Real Money. The former is correct, and the latter seems to be fixed at $500, though it has changed occasionally before reverting to $500. I just want to be sure this is some sort of superficial software glitch, and not anything that's going to mess up my account balance down the road.

Otherwise, the site seems very good so far!

Don't ask me why (I don't know, you'll have to ask the rep) but the site has daily limits for poker play. These can be raised to contacting customer service. If I'm understanding you correctly, your daily available loss limt for poker is $500. The rest of the money is still in your account, but you can only lose up to $500 in a 24 period.

Personally, I hate this feature and I hope that the intertops rep can give you a better explanation.

Interesting, I was not aware of this. When I deposited I was told that I would be limited to depositing up to $500 a day, but I didn't know there was an actual daily loss limit in place.

This is correct, we do have daily limits for poker players. The amount of the daily limit depends on how new the poker player is to Intertops. However, these limits can be raised by contacting our customer support.
Why do we have these limits in place? Because this is a way of minimizing frauds.
For those who do not like it can easily call our toll free number and get the limit raised.

You should be able to as long as you have no activity (Including logging into cake!).

Juust to note, you will only receive FPP's at one half the rate of a non rakeback account (which means your bonus will clear at half the speed).

Yes if you haven't been active (not even logged in) for at least 90 days then you are able to take advantage.

Below is what I sent to the Intertops rep on this forum

hello intertops rep. I figured it would be a good idea to send you a message of an issue I am dealing with

The Intertops Poker Team
1. 1st player to act (dont know his name) raised,

2. action was folded around to the small blind who called

3. action was on me. I went to the raise button and dragged my cursor all the way to the right and clicked all in . The chip noise you hear when you go all in then went off as usually, and my chips went down to 0

4. All of a sudden all of the icons disapprered. i waited patiently and nothing happend. I then closed out the poker program as I feel it must have frozen. ( I realized thats ok I already went all in and Ill come back to either a tripled up stack or no chips

5. i get back on and see I have the same exact chipstack as I had before the hand, even though I went all in!

@ thekid345 - Stlboy05 experienced a similar problem on Intertops last year, with the same response from support. I just want you to know that you can be connected to the internet, and still lose your connection to a specific site/server. My response to Stlboy should explain it for you...
