ATTENTION INTERTOPS POKER IS CHEATING ME OUT OF MONEY AND POSSIBLY OTHERS!!!!

I have had horrible software problems with intertops but this is a totally different issue. This time I clicked all in and everything disappeared!! all of the icons etc, everything!!! I would have won a crucial pot instead my hand was SOMEHOW FOLDED!!!

i am a little older and not used to posting online so below may not be the best detalied account of what happend but it is more then enough to prove that Interops is a Shady webstie that does nothing for there customers. I feel totally robbed by them and hurt. It really stinks when you get robbed and that's How i feel exactly.

they are not replying via email and I have warned them I would go public now I am

tournament id- 10591343 hand id-2842A19c6f000165

10$ pot limit omaha rebuy and add on tournament

The above is for the interops rep to use it will display all three hands and the fact I would have won the pot had I been in it like i should have been as I clicked all in......... He will see I hand pocket aces with 2 low cards. I also took pictures on my cell phone ( i will load them up if Interops continues to ignore me.. even tho i do not know how too, I will get them on eventually if needed)

Even tho the picture says i folded, you will all see i had AA84

BOARD READ 10 10 k 8 6

two players were all in i would have BEAT THEM BOTH AND WON THE HAND.. the weird thing is the pictures I have on my phone says i am in the big blind and says I folded!!! then fact is I CLICKED ALL IN!!!

this was during a crucial stage in the tournament with blinds at 300/600 my stack preflop was 6450. i would Have BEEN OVER 16K in chips

long story short , I clicked the all in button heard the chip noise you hear when you go all in. then all a sudden the icons disappeared from the screen,

MY HAND WAS FOLDED!!! THIS IS AFTER I CLICKED ALL IN AND HEARD THE NOISE YOU ALAWYS HEAR WHEN YOU GO ALL IN!

this is after I left there sister website "Cake Poker" after having to wait 6+ weeks for my check, others have detailed on these forums they have waited 4 + months.......

seems like I made a bad choice moving to intertops. I have asked there support staff for a refund of my full buy in plus additional reimbursement as I would have had a very sizable chiplead, lets hope they come through

I will keep all updated

Did the software crash? Like stop working and have to restart? This happens to me once in a while. No one is trying to cheat you, it's just one of the pitfalls of online poker like internet service disconnections etc. Although some rooms have better software it's a reality and something you just have to accept if you play online. Intertops is one of the best options left so I wouldn't be discourged by this if I was you. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages in my opinion. Good luck in the future.

When did this happen?

Whatever happened, I'm not sure how Intertops would be robbing you - they still have to give the tourney prize money to someone.

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but I'm interested in making an Intertops account with rakeback but I have one with Cake and I can't remember when the last time I logged into my Cake account.
So what's the best way to go about finding that out?

This happend in yesterdays 10$ PLO rebuy and add on tourney which runs daily at 5pm

And also to address Green Bastard- The software did not crash as all of my icons ( Raise, Call, Fold were still on the screen. I clicked Raise and dragged the cursor all the way to the right. I then clicked the button going all in.. even hearing the chip noise you alawys hear when you go ALL IN.

...then all of a sudden AFTER i went all in everything froze, all of the icons disapperaed. After waiting about one and a half minutes of still looking at a frozen screen I restarted the poker program. Only to find out i did not triple up and I was still sitting with the same amount of chips I had before I went all in.

BTW INTEROPS HAS DECIDED TO ROB ME!!!! DAMENT ALL!!! i cant afford this garbage from these irresposible jerks

this is what Intertops told me---

We are in receipt of your e-mail.

"Our records indicate you posted the big blind of $600 and then folded after player Ballbearings called $1800. We did not find any evidence of you going all in or being disconnected from the tournament. Please find attached a copy of the hand history in question. Thank you for your understanding."

If you have any further queries, please contact us, we will be happy to assist.

Thank you for choosing Intertops.com.

Sincerely

Jamal

I still have not recieved a refund or any compensation.. I dont think the eggheads at Interops comprehend my issue yet, or Like i think they are just lying

I DID NOT FOLD!!!!!!!!! WHY DO THESE PEOPLE NEVER LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE!!!!!! I CLICKED ALL IN FOR THE DAM 30TH TIME!!!!!!!!!! after I went all in and heard the chip noise the poker program froze up!!! Hey intertops that is your problem not mine!!!! even if it froze I HAD ALREADY CLICKED ALL IN AND EVEN HEARD THE CHIP NOISE!!!!

WHERE THE HELL IS MY ****ING REFUND INTERTOPS!!! dam con artists.....

INTERTOPS claimend I never disconnected during the tournament...

THAT IS A BOLD FACED LIE!!!!! I in fact disconnected after the program froze. This is of course all AFTER I went all in. When I reloaded the Interops program my chip stack was somehow the same as it was before I went all in.

jesus christ they robbed me blind in a 10 dollar rebuy tournament.. What do you think they are capable of pulling in there higher stake buy ins????/

I have yet to get a refund plus compensation and I will continue to let everyone know Intertops is a Rogue website that is cheating there customers.

So because they didn't respond within a few hours, they're robbing you?

Also, you never explained how they are robbing you when they don't benefit from the result.

Given your reaction thus far, which is multiple posts calling them rogues and cheats in all-caps all because they haven't given you exactly what you wanted within less than 24 hours, I suspect that you didn't send them a single polite email letting them know about the problem and asking for a refund.

Bobo,

I am a poor person and I am not afraid to admit it. This is why I was so heated in my response as to where maybe its different for you(economically). But I dont know that and that does not matter.

I have had some really bad issues with the Cake Network in the past just like many customers

Here is the rock bottom line. I clicked all in with AA82, it was as clear as Alabama beating LSU. But after I went all in the flop did not come, here is a account of what happend (and no caps for you Bobo lol

This is a step by step account of what happend during yesterdays tournament (also what i emailed to support)

1. 1st player to act (dont know his name) raised,

2. action was folded around to the small blind who called

3. action was on me. I went to the raise button and dragged my cursor all the way to the right and clicked all in . The chip noise you hear when you go all in then went off as usually, and my chips went down to 0

4. All of a sudden all of the icons disapprered. i waited patiently and nothing happend. I then closed out the poker program as I feel it must have frozen. ( I realized thats ok I already went all in and Ill come back to either a tripled up stack or no chips

5. i get back on and see I have the same exact chipstack as I had before the hand, even though I went all in!

Just to be clear, I'm not disputing that something went wrong. I think you should be open to the possibility that in spite of the way it happened, there is the possibility something went wrong on your end. Regardless, I just don't think that emailing them about it and threatening to post everywhere about it, and then doing so only hours later, is very productive.

I'd suggest writing a calm, polite PM to the rep here (much like the post you just made), and see if he can do anything for you. And give him a bit of time to reply.

Bobo I know your intentions are good and Im trying really hard here to get back my very hard earned money. I cant afford this and I am not afraid to admit it. As you know though The problem was totally on there end. As i clicked all in.. and they froze me after the all in action as opposed to before it.

I obviolisly know you are clearly not a cake troll. And clearly i am not out to destroy the cake network.

I just expect the right thing to get done here, they need to treat there customers with respect, whatever stakes they are playing.

So Im gonna take your advice and PM them, I will keep you guys updated

Make sure you show the same respect in the wording as well that you expect from them, being polite can do wonders when trying to sort out a problem with a poker site support.

-----------------------------UPDATE-----------------

Intertops has decided to screw me over for the time being,

They told me in a email it was my fault and gave a long bull **** reason for it. Even though I got frozen AFTER i went all in.

i emailed them again letting them know I went public and will continue to do so, after all they were completely at fault for what happened, here is what they said after I politeley emailed them-

"As previously advised our decision on the below query is final, no further correspondence will be entered into regarding this query".

Thank you for choosing Intertops.eu.
Sincerely

Nekisha
Intertops Poker Support Manager

In other words the cheap losers wont even refund my buy in!!!! Let alone future compensataion as I would have had a very sizable chip stack

reminding me of full tilt in the way they treat there customers. Im not letting this go until the issue is resolved

I would STAY AWAY from intertops, this thread seems to be plagued with customer complaints from beginning to end....

How do you know this with such certainty? The fact that the disconnection appeared to you to happen after you went all-in doesn't mean that's actually what happened.

I'm going to be straight forward here...nobody cares that your hand was folded preflop due to a malfunction somewhere between you-->computer-->Intertops client/servers

you "going public" means absolutely nothing to them as they did absolutely nothing wrong

Kid you don't even know if you would've won the hand. Also you were still in the tournament and had chips when you reconnected so why should they refund your buy in just because you got disconnected on one hand? You still could've won the tournament. Calling them con artists etc. only makes you look like a fool.

Hi

You would have to be inactive at least 90 days (meaning not even log in) on your current rakeback account on the network.

Best regards,
