What happened here? The schedule didn't go off as published. The one scheduled for today, the 29th, at 4pm ET wasn't in the lobby at game time nor is taking late reg now, unless I've gone blind or something.

I would really appreciate some insight on the cashouts taking longer. I have been on itops for over 2 years, and prior to the merger, i would click cashout on monday, and have check in hand by Friday/Saturday.

Now the past few have taken 2 weeks. I withdrew on the 16th and it took until the 24th to even have it taken out of my account. STill do not have check in hand.

I am clicking withdraw again today for another cashout, and i have little confidence, I will get it anytime soon.

Has something changed with regard to management, because the itops I knew would stop you from playing more if you lost a bunch even when you had more to loss just to stop you from titlting and going broke, now they are taking forever to withdraw and put unblockable casino games on every poker table.

there is something going on with the rake race leaderboard . i saw that it was just updated today ...but my player name wasnt updated at all ....i played literally nonstop from the 26th-28th for the sole purpose of moving up in the rake race and none of my FPPs were added in at all..........what gives? and of coure Inutero is at the top and i didnt see that idiot play one time

even make rakeback seems off . i got $230 in rakeback for 2 days straight of playing 4-8 tables . lots of it was heads up and alot was Plo . .25 .50 to 1-2 ....wtf is going on

It's dealt methodology, so the rake paid is split among all parties regardless of who contributed it. For a description of FPP points, use the link below then go all the way to the bottom left for FPP Points information:

i sure hope nobody has gotten paid from the rake race leader board yet because the standings are far from accurate , 1150 points on made on friday and saturday havent even been factored in

Just curious what does live support say? I requested a cashout this past Sunday the 29th and immediately contacted live support to ask when it would be processed and they said Thursday the 2nd.... that seems reasonable with the holiday and all, I'll keep you updated.
