I just downloaded intertops and created an account. I looked around for a while and then the client told me that my account is locked. I checked my email and support emailed me and said:

"Unfortunately we cannot accept your account registration from the state you are registering from.
Your account has been closed according to our terms and conditions rule 25. "

I registered my account address to NJ, but I'm currently on my computer in DC.

Why did I get locked? Which state was the problem?

Well, it sounds like there's only one state involved, but I don't know if they make that distinction.

Well, I bitched and moaned, so it's only fair that I report the result. On 01/03/12 I posted about how I was given the wrong name to send a Money Gram to and the email support was not acknowledging the nuisance or the added expense of a resend. It is nerve racking to send a $1k Money Gram to a stranger in Central America, and then be told it didn't work, send another one to this other guy in the far Pacific. (The first rep wasn't authorized by I-Tops to pick up that large a Money Gram -- that was the problem with the first info I was given.)

I am pleased to say the second deposit succeeded and the 2+2 reps saw to it that I was fairly compensated for the snafu. Thanks guys. I wouldn't have gone through with the second deposit without your taking this up. I hope non-2+2ers can find such smooth assistance.

Does PT3 work for intertops? I cant seem to get it running

Works fine for me. Did u set it up for cake?

Yea it says the cake network is running but its not importing any hands

Make sure intertops is set to save the hands and that pt3 is importing from the correct folder. Probably have to play a couple hands bfore it works. Make sure the hud is on too.

When its shows the list of networks it only shows Cake.

Maybe the other networks are hidden. If its still not working idk, I'm not super familiar with the software. Might try contacting pt3 or forums on their site or maybe someone else here can help u more. Gl

For some reason my rake back goes to $0 at the start of a new rakeback period without transferring my rakeback from the previous period. And no, I didn't reach $10.

You need the beta version of pt3.

And yes, you need the latest beta version of PT3 to use the HUD at the tables for example.
