Hi SovietRussia

A bit depending on which withdrawal method but for instance with checks we say the following: If you want to withdraw money from your Intertops account using a check, simply fill out our payout form. You will receive your check by fedex within 5 business days.

However, I would recommend you to read about withdrawal methods on: https://www.intertops.eu/template/cl...text=pk&lan=en

Here you can see which method suits you the best and what time you can expect.

Hjalmar

Hi Hjalmar,

Can you do player-to-player transfers between different skins on the Cake Network? Specifically can money be sent from Cake Poker to Intertops? Also, does Intertops have any time limits or number-of-hands-played limits required for cashing out after a deposit?

Thanks,
Carlos

So far I am very pleased with the cashier. I sent in the required documents via e-mail and received a response within an hour that they were approved. I made a withdrawal today also but haven't got the confirmation it was approved just yet, but overall I am happy with the response times so far.

You might want to search the forums and read up on the UIGEA.

They list MC as a deposit options... And I've used it to deposit on another sportsbook very recently. I thought maybe it was a skin-specific restriction. I guess I just got lucky and found a book that was okay with it.

Hi CarlosChadha

No sorry there is not P2P transfer possibilities between different skins on the Cake Network.
No we do not have any time limits nor number-of-hands-played limits to be able to cash out after making a deposit. However, if a player makes a deposit and then directly after a withdrawal we will look into the reason of this behaviour and a fee of 10% of the deposit sum will be charged. This fee is to protect Intertops from money laundering, deposit fraud etc.

For full details about our withdrawal procedure please have a look at this link:
https://www.intertops.eu/cms/en/payments.htm?lan=en

Hjalmar

Intertops is by far the best site I've played on since black friday happened, but I am wondering if I am able to get rakeback even though I currently have an account on intertops but have not signed up through an affiliate and have no other accounts on the cake network so no active rakeback

Hi Skrillex

Thank you very much for the kind words and I am happy to hear that you are satisfied! Please send me a PM with your existing username (only username) and I will personally look into if I can get you rakeback or not.

Hjalmar,
Any explanation on why your competitors can accept MasterCard from US players but you can't? I won't name the competitor but they are a sportsbook with a poker room.

Hi TheRaiderr

Thanks for asking, rest assured, practically all operators and partners on the network agree that it would have been good for the whole network if the issue had been solved earlier from players’ perspective, or certainly would not have happened at all, but I can only assume and trust by this interest we all share, that Cake has done everything in its power to find a good and quick solution.

To be totally honest with you, as we do not have all information and know too little about what has been going on behind the scenes, we are not able to give a concrete opinion on exactly this case.
It is and has been treated as a internal matter at Cake and we are on a need to know basis only, although we may say we have pushed hard to have the issue solved.
Your hypothetical question also depends if you would see us as LimitBOSS skin or MaxSteak’s provider in your question, how we would react certainly depends a lot in our –theoretical- involvement in this situation.

Therefore it really gets very hypothetical with every step, especially with all facts not known, to give you an answer that answers your deeper question with full satisfaction, or put very differently, we put customers funds and trust at the highest level internally, as this is what enables us to be in the business in the first place, also to build a long term relationship and historically last but not least has put us where we are, as you can verify with the usual industry safeguards.

So to get to the core of things, generally speaking, we will do the right thing for our customers, no matter what it may cost us, if the error has been on our side.

To answer your 2nd question is easier, the thirteen years before taking the first sportsbet online and following online activities, Intertops was a pioneer in the field of sports betting, establishing first call centres to place bets by call and by taking bets from customers by mail who send in filled forms with their tips, something that was not available on the European markets back then.

Help me understand this please. If they are on the same network as cake, how much less sleazy could they be ?

I looked around briefly but I didn't see what other withdrawal methods the US has available? What are our options?

Also, not that its going to change but a 50.00 check fee is going to kill your micro player draw.

Half of that would be a lot easier to swallow I would think. Even playing 100NL, It still would sting every time I withdraw via check.

They have different people running their site and their own cashier so in effect the possibility is there for them to be a different situation than the Cakepoker site. We will see.

Ducks, credit cards have been hit or miss on different sites for years now even before UIGEA. Now Id guess its even worse. If you deposited successfully with your card on another site be happy because you got lucky.

+1

Basically Cake had huge delays in Cashouts yet I know Poker World (Cake Skin) was able to process Cashouts very quickly. Intertops also has control of their own Cashier and the Cashouts are supposed to be much quicker then the Cake Network.

Since they have control over their Cashier, they are not forced to wait for Cake to make Cashouts so that is one HUGE area where they have the power to "out do" Cake. Just as you say though, we'll see but they have a good SBR rating and should be a much better option then Cake, IMO.

I agree it's nice they have a separate cashier, but they also have to do business with Cake which is scary.

That is very true. However the rep basically said they would do what is right and make sure their players are taken care of.

Intertops has a solid ranking on SBR and is reputable. Anything can happen but I would say that it is a much better option then Cake.

All sites are going to possess some sort of risk to US players.

This. I would assume it's MC that's not allowing him to use it, so for whatever reason MC isn't recognizing the other site as a gambling/poker site.

Re: ***Intertops Poker - Official Support & Promotions Thread***

I know we're not allowed to have two rakeback accounts on the CPN, but are we allowed to open up an account on intertops with no rakeback if we already have a cake account with rakeback? Can we later have it transferred over? Does the 90 day period only apply to playing on your cake account or logging in, as others have said?

You can create a non rakeback account there without any problems, the inactivity rule is still in place as far as I am aware and you may request to get rakeback later ... but an affiliate obv. has more pull. Keep in mind though that you probably only get this changed once, otherwise the network might get suspicious and doesn't allow it.
