Does Intertops reimburse Western Union fees for depositing? Would a cell phone bill or a bank statement be acceptable for a "utility bill" for verification purposes?

If you think about it, this is to stop people from abusing the system and jumping to different skins to 'bonus whore'.

I can't find the option for player to player transfers, so I hit live chat and Beverley has advised me that there are no player to player transfers.

Which one's correct?

Go to Cashier, then click the PAYOUT tab. The third option from the top should be a User2User transfer option that will allow you to do P2P transfers.

No we do not reimburse WU fees. Yes a cell phone bill or a bank statement would be acceptable instead of a utility bill as long as the correct name and address is on it.

I am very sorry about the confusion but I think Beverly misunderstood you. We do have a User2User transfer at Intertops but not everyone is enabled to use it. Why? Because we require a bit of gaming history from the player or/and documents verifying the player identity before opening for a player.

To find the User2User transfer you log-in at: www.intertops.eu and go to the cashier. In the cashier you click payout and as the third option you should see User2User transfer if your account is enabled.

Why is the process of applying rakeback so long?
i have pm you yesterday.

Usually you have to sign up through an affiliate that offers rakeback to its players, so it is actually the goodwill of Intertops if they approve it. Give them a bit more time than 24 hours to check your account.

Please also note rakeback players are not eligible for deposit bonus offers for Intertops.com.

A lot of affiliates don't actually offer RB for Intertops. Just saying so others will know if they sign up, they should be a bit careful and make sure they are going to get RB when signing up.

I belive the payment period just ended today, I didn't get my rakeback and emailed support. I'm getting different answers as to why I'm not getting my rakeback. First reply says I was credited last week. When I ask about the rakeback I've accumulated from last week till now they said rakeback is only for ppl that are eligible, but I've wrote intertops almost two weeks ago and got a reply saying I got 33% rakeback. I even check under my account, vip status and see the amounts. Today the period ended and I haven't gotten anything.

Seems like I'm getting different answers from different folks that are scared to credit my account with what is owed to me.

Can a rep please look into this for me. I'm not trying to flame intertops or anything like, in fact I love the site and being in the USA its one of the few options I have available. I know for a fact that Latoya is no rep and rather a customer agent, but I am sure the 2+2 rep will look into the thread when he gets into the office this morning. Rakeback is credited weekly, its either Tuesdays or Wednesdays if I remember correctly.

If you can see the rakeback page in your cashier, it actually confirms that you are eligible for rakeback.

My VIP Status page has been cleared back down to zero, with a new week now in effect. When I click to show last week's earnings I still see the amount of rakeback earned. However, this money has not been credited to my account. It is wednesday morning. Rep, when can I expect this money?
