yeah, access your own account via Intertops sportsbook page, and check 'all bets" ledger in Account History.

pretty sure we clicked on the "i agree" box when signing up. And if you scroll down to section 1,074 section T.B31 part IIV it clearly states that Intertops reserves the rights to cancel a tourney at any given time, no bull**** necessary.

This Sunday crashing crap is getting ridiculous though. I've gotten all my refunds and chip chops but still it's ridiculous. Lock just sucks so bad.
Merge great and reputable? Kick off the skins and when the players move to a new skin they lose their points and trny tickets. Many players that were grandfathered in for the many states that are banned could not open accounts. Now they discontinue RB and introduce a new improved VIP system that is worse than before.

Certainly not WPN with the BBJ and Beast.

We are between a rock and another rock. For me the current situation is still better than the alternatives.

I should have said skin, meaning Intertops, not network I go on to say this "I think the software would be the only good thing about that move." so obviously I wasn't saying Merge is good or reputable. Merge has proven time again how totally business ignorant they are.

Personally I have quit playing online because the options have become so ****ty its not even worth my time, but then again I live close to several casinos. With that said I'm already missing online poker and would re-up with Itops if they moved to Merge, not a chance if they moved to the rake machine known as WPN.

Once again we have to apologize for the network issues. Unfortunately it's beyond our power to fix these problems ourselves. Our management will have a meeting with the network's persons in charge this week.
The unstable server performance, the software and the mac client will be central issues of course. I will keep you updated on the outcome of this meeting.
Switching the network is a drastic step that has to be well considered and well prepared and there's no wide choice of networks out there. At the moment we are not planning anything in this direction.

Cancelled Tournaments :
This is the network policy concerning cancelled tourneys:
50/50 Tournament Policy
"If a tournament is canceled before the money, we will try to compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. This is best achieved by awarding 50% of the prize pool to all remaining players and the other 50% of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each player's chip count. All remaining players will also receive a refund of their entry fee. Any player who was eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund. All awards for a tournament canceled in progress will be cash. If the canceled tournament has a guaranteed prize pool, only the entry fee will be returned (not the guaranteed prize)."

I understand that all of this is far from satisfactory and I comprehend that it is extremely annoying to encounter these network connectivity issues while playing tourneys.
We will give our best to urge the network to work on the currently most important hardware and software fixes.

Best regards,
The Intertops Poker Team

Firsty just like to say intertops is a great site and i always recommend people to play on ur site,

I just have a suggestion for your software concerning when u request a payout -

For example if i am am cashing 5k to my moneybookers after i have requested it through the client the money does not leave my account to it is processed or there is no email sent me with a receipt number etc confirming that i have requested to withdraw money.

What other sites do and i think is the best way is after you request the payout the money is taken from ur account and a email gets sent to you and also there is a view pending payouts option via the client and if u wish to cancel the payout u have the option to cancel it at a click of a button and the money is returned to ur account.

Shame the same can't be said for their affiliates.

They take 20% off my earnings each month for "admin fees".

Utterly disgusting given that no other poker sites does this.

I would refer people if the revenue was worth taking, but 16% is a waste of time, especially when you consider I can get 40% elsewehere and not have to pay extortionate admin fees.

Intertops takes 20% of affiliates as an admin fee. Something no other pokersites does. Meaing that they promise 20% commision to affiliates, but in real terms you get 16% which compared to the market average of 30% is pitiful.

They take 20% off the affiliates for absolutely no reason whatsover, telling you its a "revenue share admin fee"..

Its completely unfair, and thats why many sites refuse to refer anyone to intertops, choosing the Merge Network instead which accepts US players too, pays double what Intertops pays and doesn't rip off their customers.

So Intertops pays less to its affiliates than other sites yet pays its players faster than any other site. You are not going to get much sympathy here. Further, I don't think this this is the proper forum for your complaint. This is a support forum for players, not affiliates.

Ah, so it's that they only give a smaller commission for a service they basically don't even need. That's kinda like a teenager beeching about his stocking from Santa being empty after cutting the ribbon off his brand new sportscar parked in the driveway on X-mas morning. You should be happy with the 20 really 16% you SUCK away for very little work at all imho.
